The apartment has been completely renovated, it is composed of a bedroom with a 160cm wide bed and a large dressing room, an open bathroom with a walk-in shower and independent suspended toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen fitted (induction hob, oven, Nespresso, kettle, toaster) and open to the living room.
In the living room there is a rapido sofa bed with a very good 160cm wide mattress and a 82cm TV.

Nightmare

The studio was SMELLY ..SMELT MUSTY ALL OVER THE STUDIO ..NO AERATION WHATDOEVER..THE LINENS DAMP AND LOOKING OLD ..I AM SURE WE WERE THE ONLY IDIOTS RENTING THE PROPERTY...THE CURTAINS AT THE ENTRANCE TOO LONG AND TOO DIRTY...NO PODDIBILITIES TO OPEN THE BLOCKED WINDOWS...REALLY A NIGHTMARE EXCEPT FOR THE LOCATION WHICH WAS CENTRAL AND FABIEN WHO WAS KIND TO ALLOW US TO CHECK OUT LATE BECAUSE OUR TRAIN WAS 8.30PM!

A notre arrivée dans l’appartement je me suis décomposé!!!! L’appartement était très sale, nous n’avons pas dormi dedans. Heureusement nous avons trouvé un hôtel à 20h sinon nous étions dehors avec nos 2 enfants. Le monsieur qui loue l’appartement nous a remboursé la nuitée Pour ma part je ne passerai plus par vote site

L’appartement est bien placé dans le centre ville. Malheureusement il était sale et humide . la télévision ne fonctionne pas le propriétaire n’a rien fait pour remédier..

très bien situé au centre ville , dans un quartier animé, à proximité de tous commerces je conseille cette location aux personnes voulant venir en decembre (animation de noel vraiment très proche ) c'est super animé et beau à voir

appartement refait à neuf

L'appartement est impeccable, le propriétaire nous a donné les bonnes informations, il y avait trois dosettes de café prêtes à être utilisées. Le quartier est très central. Seul bémol, l'appart est sombre parce que situé au rez de chaussée.
