The house is located near Men Er Bellec beach. It consists of 4 spacious bedrooms with double bed, 1 large living room with an open kitchen (not furnished but with all the useful equipment: fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle ...), 1 living room, 1 mezzanine (sea view) 2 bathrooms (showers), 2 toilets (including 1 independent), 1 closed garden of 700 m2 -
Saint-Philibert is a commune in the Regional Natural Park of the Gulf of Morbihan, peninsula of the Bay of Quiberon.
The nearest beach is 100 meters from the house, it is a very family-friendly beach and ideal for children as it has little slope. The sailing school is 5 minutes walk, located in the fort of the beach Kernevest, sailing courses for all ages are available. For walkers, 3 pedestrian hiking trails on the town. La Trinité sur Mer at 4 km, Carnac at 7 km, Locmariaquer at 7 km (wharf for the tour of the Gulf of Morbihan and departure for the islands, Houat, Hoedic, Belle-île).
