Upper level cottage across the street from the beach. Recently remodeled and updated. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Huge wrap nearly around deck with multiple seating areas with views of both sunrise and sunsets. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Large covered outdoor bar and cooking area! Adorable kitchen and living room! Each bedroom with a queen bed! Jack & Jill bathroom! Outdoor shower too with hot and cold water to wash away all the beach sand just below the deck. Just a block away from Shipwreck Restaurant & Bar. Come make incredible memories here!

Perfect location, great host.

We had a great stay. Barbara was easy to communicate with and offered great tips for food and other local offerings. The house is cute and the outdoor area is amazing. The beach is right across the street. Loved our vacation!

Favorite Vacation Spot!

We have stayed several times and have decided this will forever be our vacation place! Very comfortable and you feel right at home! Beautiful beach views from the deck and short walk across the street to the beach! We love that it is pet friendly since we take our girl everywhere!

Great stay at a great beach town.

The cottage was comfortable and clean, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and the walk across the street to the beach was very easy. The location was good-just a short drive into Port St. Joe to shop and eat. We loved the quaint town, and the fact that there were no crowds!

Perfect spot for family getaway

Great location close to beach. Rented both the upstairs and downstairs unit to accommodate family. Pet friendly. Great upstairs porch for family meals and gatherings!

Beach House

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It has ocean views from the awesome deck/bar! Such a cozy feeling here for our daughter and dog! We have made great memories here and will be back!

Perfect Unit

This is the perfect unit. The outside space is amazing. We spent more time on the HUGH deck than at the beach. Very short easy access to the beach. Views were great and location was perfect. We will be back!

Great as always

This is the third year we have stayed in this home. The home is a well kept gem just steps drom the sugar white sands of St Joe Beach. Great home, great location, great beach. This house is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need to cook with. Lots of sitting room outside. An in unit washer and dryer. Its everything you could hope to find in a vacation home.

Girls’ Trip

Perfect again

This was my second time staying at this location. It was perfect again. The home is perfect for a small crew and the deck and covered porch is amazing. It's just a few steps to the beach. This property is everything you could wish for in a vacation rental.

Anniversary trip

We stayed here with my inlaws and 1 year old son. Fantastic outdoor areaand they thought of modt everything for the beach which is already sitting out waiting for your trips over. Its not a far walk, but tbh my husband and i are in pretty goid shaoe and pulling a loaded wagon that small length was still fairly exhausting. Make sure you use the marked spots to go to the water as they've spent tons of money revamping the dunes after the hurricane. Water out front was HOT. We went to Cape San Blas and absolutely loved it. Great trip.

Mother Daughter Getaway/Graduation Celebration

Our stay was wonderful! It was the perfect size for just my daughter and I. It is small, but cozy and very comfortable. Loved the deck!! We had easy access to the beach and we were within walking distance to the Shipwreck Restaurant which has great food! We spent one day on the beach and another day exploring Port St Joe and beautiful Cape San Blas!! Had to cut our trip short due to a family emergency, so the owner offered a free night if we stay again!! How sweet is that!! We will certainly go again! Thank you, Barbara!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

After a long drive from Southern Ohio, we were very pleased to have this house waiting for us at the finish line. Bedrooms and living space were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The patio space was very enjoyable and could accommodate a larger group. Having a washer/dryer available was great for rinsing the ocean off our clothes before packing them away. The beach is just a short walk away. Despite no designated pedestrian crossing, traffic was never too busy for us to make a safe journey across. Having the umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys available really added to our experience. With a quick rinse in the outdoor shower, it's a seamless transition from the fun of the beach to the peacefulness of the property.

Great location

Stocked so well for everything you may need. So clean! The wrap around deck and covered rooftop bar area is so nice! So close to the beach and stocked with chairs, wagons, and beach umbrellas. Loved our stay there.
