ESPANA! Stunning views of city skyline & North Shore mountains and water highlighted from every room. This super 2 Bed, 2 Bath, Den and Solarium/Office has views to wow you. With floor to ceiling windows the suite is flooded with light during the day and a city light show at night. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage & open kitchen perfect for entertaining. Amenities include indoor swimming pool, fitness center, hot tub, sauna, library.
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.

Comfort in the City

All four of us seniors thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit. It is very well located in the heart of Vancouver. Everything we need was provided: the view of water in both directions was an additional feature. Our host, Lynn, was extremely helpful and supportive. All in all, a great experience.

Amazing stay at an amazing condo

The description of the condo does not do it justice. It is truly amazing. I can not think of anything else that could possibly have been provided as it is so well stocked. Great location and stunning views of the city and water. Host was very communicative and helpful including a list of her favorite restaurants nearby.

Nice condo in busy location

The condo is exactly as advertised. The check-in process was seamless. Lynn sent instructions by text before we arrived, and everything went exactly as described. The unit was very clean and there were staples already in the kitchen (coffee, cream, sugar, cereal, etc.). The unit looks exactly like the pictures. The only thing you should be aware of is that the parking spaces are pretty small, but still manageable. If you arrive with a large SUV, you will be challenged to fit into the spaces available. We had no problem with our rental car, and the condo is almost right beside the SkyTrain, so you might not need a car. Great location, close to lots of restaurants to choose from.

Great location!!! With slight aroma of stale cigarette smoke

PROS: - Great location! Coffee, convenience store, drug store, liquor store, and a variety of food options; plus transit stops nearby. We really enjoyed Ludica, a pizza spot right across the front door with hundreds of board games. - Fantastic views! Wake up every morning to gorgeous city views. Balcony was a nice spot to sit and take in the city. - Check-in process was extremely easy and convenient. Straightforward from the building keypad and no key drops or pick ups. Full disclosure: we did not have a car so can't speak to the ease/convenience of parking garage. - Great amenities! In unit coffee, WiFi, TV, washer/dryer, full kitchen, umbrella, extra bedding, towels, toiletries. In building gym and hot tub which we did not use but looked nice. CONS: - The master bedroom had the aroma of stale cigarette smoke. I texted the contact and received a less than satisfactory answer. I was told that it "must be coming through the window. Hopefully it will clear out maybe put the fan on." You could smell the aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the sheets and towels (outside of the master bedroom) so clearly wasn't an issue of coming through the window. By the second day we got used to it. The unit itself was very clean, just the slight aroma of stale cigarette smoke. I was more bothered by the answer than the smell itself. I did receive an immediate response which was very nice. OTHER: - Bathroom situation is a little funky. It is essentially a shower with a toilet and sink on either side. One side opens to hallway of unit and other into the master bathroom. It's fine if you don't require absolute privacy or can coordinate bathroom/shower times. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. This is essentially one large connected bathroom separated by two sliding shower doors versus two separate bathrooms. OVERALL: - Great location in Vancouver with all of the amenities you could need. I do not necessarily blame the owners for the slight aroma of stale cigarette smoke as it could have been a previous guest. I just wish I would have known going into it, or received a more honest answer when I mentioned it.
