The property was beautiful. Great location. Tons of space for large family. Property manager responded quickly. On the down side we could not get the master bedroom tv go work. Place had a weird smell soon as you walk in. Not enough towels for all guests. Place was unsanitary. Dead bugs everywhere. Bugs and spider webs in two of the showers. Hair from previous guest in shower. Floors needed to be mopped and swept. Overall we had a great stay despite those few issues. Would book again.
We rented this for a company retreat. It’s a very convenient location. It was not very clean, lots of dust and grime in bathrooms. Very dated and screen doors broken, strange odor as we walked in. Dated equipment. Overall was fine for our needs of a gathering spot but would never stay here overnight.
This place was absolutely amazing. There was a ton of room and a ton of different things to do in the house. The only downside I had was the night before I stayed there someone Must have threw a big party because we had multiple people around 3 AM trying to come in saying there was a party. However the police handled it and that was it
We had a business team retreat here and it was perfect! Plenty of space to enjoy each other or be on our own. We were able to offer our team a little bit of luxury along with having great business and planning meetings. We enjoyed our evening hanging out in the bar area watching the Final 4, playing pool and other games. Highly recommend!

Reunion
The property has numerous cracks in walls andceilings, several of the window coverings were broken and alot of the items in the home did not work. Was advertised as 4 king suites.....not even close to it. Nice location but home and fixtures need alot of work'.
An excellent home, with great location and lake access. Large number of bedrooms, with large areas to hangout, both inside and outside.
Our challenges with the property lie with the upkeep - several items around the property did not work properly/were in disrepair (Secondary refrigerator, Keg, Gym Air conditioner, grille, etc.) There were also numerous weed trees growing thru the deck that we had to climb underneath and pull them thru the deck, as one guest stubbed their foot hard on a branch growing thru the deck boards. To the facility manager's credit, several of these items not working were communicated to us, but it is quite easy to see that there is a need for good solid preventative maintenance to the property.
Again great property, and my group had an excellent time - the location, home and access to the lake/highways was perfect - we were very happy, there are just some opportunities to make the property the best that it can be.
Nice big house with lots of bedrooms & room. Just needs maintenance done. Basement stool was broken. Both ice makers not working, screen door on screened in porch needed fixed & the ceiling & light fixture was disgusting— looked like someone threw mud on the ceiling—
House has a lot of space for a large group. WiFi was very spotty as we had none for a several hours every day. All the blinds are broke in the bedrooms, missing many slots. Skeetball machine did not work. Garbage was a problem as it was full when we arrived and no pickup until after we left.
Nice Home, Great Location, However - Some Major House Issues
Overall, we really enjoyed this house and enjoyed our stay. However, there were some issues with main aspects of the home that were disappointing and frustrating. The property manager was responsive, but he said he hadn't been to the home so he didn't fully understand some of the issues due to never having been to the house. This seemed odd to us.
The location of the home and the setup of the house itself were great.
The main issues we dealt with that were pretty significant were:
- Front door handle/lock were broken to the point where we couldn't open/close the front door and the handle fell off. This got fixed but not until after about 3 days into our stay. We had to duct tape the door handle in place for safety reasons until it got fixed.
- We didn't have Wifi the entire week! The internet people were called to come see about the issue, but they didn't arrive until one day before we left (we were there for the full week), and they came when we weren't home so it still didn't get fixed.
- The handle to the master suite toilet was broken when we arrived. This got fixed but not until after a few days ... we had to pull the chain inside the toilet bowl to get it to flush until that was fixed.
- There was poison ivy and poison oak growing through the deck on the lowest level and on the deck near the kitchen door. Fortunately we saw it in time to tell everyone to avoid those areas no one had reactions! The lowest level of the main deck area going down to the lake was so overgrown with ivy that we couldn't use it. This area needs a lot of attention!
- The ladders going into the lake off the dock were really bad. One was falling off the dock and was barely held on by screws that were coming loose. So, we couldn't use that ladder. The other ladder was secure, but the first step out of the lake was basically at the surface of the water and had a sharp edge. So that made it very difficult/painful to use.
There were other issues with the property as well, but those were the main ones that were pretty significant. We still had a great time staying there with our family, but the place needs maintenance and the upkeep doesn't seem to be at the level it needs to be. As I said, the house manager was responsive to us, but having not ever been to the house (he told me this in text), it was difficult for him to understand the issues I was describing at times.
Hopefully based on this review, and possibly others, the main issues described will be remedied.
