This condo is one of the largest in the complex, with over 1,200 square feet of panoramic beach and Intracoastal waterway views. The living room features a wall of sliding glass doors that leads onto a private patio where you can chill in the balmy breezes, listen to the rolling tides, and stare out at the sand and the sea. Seaside Villa is one of the only condos in the complex from which you walk out your front door to an enormous, furnished community deck. This is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks or dinner that you made using the brand new TREX grilling deck while enjoying the spectacular sunsets. To end each night, draw a bath in the jetted tub and soak for a while in peace and quiet!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
