Large living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor (2 beds 160 and 2 beds 90 comfort), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom + shower, 2 toilets, solarium 25 m². Wifi, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barbecue, deckchairs .. Close to everything by bike or car: Arcachon center, beaches, Pilat dune, train station, shops, market .. Very calm environment. No Smoking
