Guter Aufenthalt - Apartment in Teilen renovierungsbedürftig

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang, Franck war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns verschiedene Tipps. Ein Missverständnis bzgl. fehlender Handtücher konnte ganz schnell ausgeräumt werden, aus der Anzeige war nur ersichtlich, daß Bettwäsche mitzubringen sei, Handtücher aber nicht. Vielen Dank Franck. Auch das Auschecken war ganz unkompliziert- einfach Türe zuziehen und Schlüssel einwerfen, Franck hat viel Vertrauen in die Mieter, das ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist im Allgemeinen wie abgebildet, im unteren Bereich nett eingerichtet und die Küche sehr sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Im oberen Bereich mit den Schlafzimmern wäre allerdings eine Renovierung nötig. Es roch muffig feucht, was auch nach Lüften nicht merklich weniger wurde. Vielleicht liegt das an der fehlenden Lüftung im Bad und dem alten Teppichboden. Die beiden Betten im Kinderzimmer waren durchgelegen, sollten erneuert werden. Das Bad könnte auch eine Renovierung vertragen, damit der Standard zum Preis passt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder per Auto erreichbar. Für Surfer war der Strand in Erromadie gut, zum Baden weniger wegen der vielen Algen. Wir empfehlen den Plage de Lafitenia, eine Bucht weiter nördlich.

Appart offrant la proximité de la plage et du calme !

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, dans une jolie petite résidence calme, disposant d'une place de parking. On a particulièrement apprécié la proximité à la plage d'Erromardie et la facilité d'accès aux pistes cyclables et sentiers côtiers. On y est au calme. Il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité pour faire ses courses sans pour autant subir le trafic ! (miam les viennoiseries, pains et gâteaux basques de la boulangerie Enka) Ingrid a été à la fois réactive et aidante (merci !). Une bonne adresse pour un séjour en famille à Saint-Jean-de-Luz.

Excellent séjour à Saint-Jean-de Luz

La situation de l'appartement est idéale, à 5 min à pied de la jolie plage d'Erromardie et de ses restaurants, à quelques minutes en voiture des commerces. L'environnement est joli et au calme, l'appartement en duplex est très agréable et bien équipé. Choix parfait pour visiter le Pays Basque.

Wir würden wiederkommen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön u erholsam. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich u hilfsbereit. Eine wunderschöne Wohnanlage in Strandnähe. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber ordentlich u gemütlich zum Wohlfühlen. Der Strand Erromardie war leider sehr schmutzig u trotz Verbotsschildern voller Hunde, was nicht zum Verweilen u Schwimmen einlud. Der Grande Plage in St. Jean de Luz war dagegen grandios schön u sauber.

Appartement très sympa

Appartement dans très jolie résidence calme, à 5 mn à peine de la plage d'Erromardie et du sentier du littoral. Décoration soignée, literie confortable, appartement très propre, rien ne manque. Très facile de rejoindre en voiture le centre de St Jean de Luz, Bidart, Guethary et Bayonne et d'autres plages, ainsi que le proche arrière pays qui est tout aussi magnifique. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Merci à eux pour leur réactivité (nous avons loué en dernière minute). Bref, à recommander !

Très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à St Jean de Luz. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. Situé à quelques mètres de la plage (5 minutes à pieds). Avec des restaurants face à l’océan. Départ de balade sur le sentier du littoral. Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires et très bon accueil d’Ingrid. Merci pour cette belle location.
