Watch the famous AMI sunrise and sunset on our amazing rooftop deck accessible by a straight staircase (no spirals here)! Guests rave about our elevator! It can be used to haul all of your luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. Using the handy kitchen cart it is also a great way to get all your food and beverages poolside!

Open Concept Living, Kitchen, Dining Area, and Loft:

The main living area is a large open-plan space with high ceilings and beautiful tile. The coastal furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the warm breeze coming through wide balcony doors, while providing access to big usable balconies on both ends of the home. There are also two private balconies on the third floor (total 4 balconies).

The bright and airy open-plan kitchen is located on the main living level along with the dining area and living room for entertaining and family gatherings. At one of the kitchen is a large round table with seating for 8 to 12. The massive quartz island has five kitchen stools and is sure to be the center of your group's gathering.

The gourmet kitchen features top-quality appliances, professional-grade induction cooktop, double ovens, and a French door refrigerator with icemaker. The oversized sink, dishwasher, and stovetop water pot filler help making cooking and clean up easy. Near the dining table is an additional under-counter wine/beverage refrigerator so that cold drinks will always be handy.

The fully-stocked kitchen includes supplies such as pots, baking pans, cutlery, ceramics, glasses, and quality knives to prepare your favorite gourmet meals. We also provide small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, blender, mixers, griddle, and BIG pots for those big family meals.

A high-efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are provided on the main floor for your convenience.

Ground Floor near the pool:

The ground floor provides an indoor great room near the pool with seating, a 48" TV and a sectional sofa.


Rooms, Bathrooms, & Sleeping Arrangements:

5 Bedrooms – Sleeps 12 comfortably, all bedrooms feature luxurious linen and bed covers, all rooms have spacious closets.

The first spacious king-sized bed suite (top floor) features a private balcony with seating, a private luxurious bathroom that offers a soaking tub, a standing rain shower and two separate sinks. This room also has a flat-screen TV in with HD cable.

The second, king-sized bedroom (top floor) features a high ceiling, a private luxurious bathroom that offers walk-in rain shower, sink and make up vanity. This room also has a flat-screen HDTV.

The third king bedroom (located on the 2nd/main floor) features a king-size bed, private luxurious bathroom with rain shower and double sinks, flat screen HDTV .

The fourth bedroom features 2 double bunk beds (top floor), a private sink, and a bathtub/shower. and a flat screen HDTV .

The fifth bedroom features 2 twin beds and a private sink and shower (second floor) and a flat screen HDTV

All five bathrooms are finished with luxurious quartz countertops, high-end tiles, and top of line Moen faucets, and sinks.

Outside and Heated Pool/Spa:

The star of the outdoor area is the nicely sized heated pool with tropical landscaping. The pool has a shallow end which is perfect for the little ones, as well as a seating area in pool to interact with people in the spa. The epi wood deck is easy on your feet and doesn't overheat like some tile patios. The balcony from the kitchen/family room overlooks the pool area so grandparents can watch from above if they wish!

The pool is heated to 84 degrees Fahrenheit and the spa can be heated on your request to 101 degrees. Pool heaters may not operate and automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold to protect equipment from breaking ( usually below 55F). While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool heater is electric as are all on the island so may take longer to warm during colder months.

You can enjoy the great Lanai on the pool level, with a covered outdoor area with a dining table, lounge chairs, Weber gas grill, and overhead fans. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand from the beach.

The home has a two-car garage where you will find many things to make your stay more enjoyable such as a ping pong table, 2 beach wagons, cooler, pool and beach toys, 6 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas…

We also provide items for families including 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, 2 booster seats, 2 umbrella strollers, and 3 safety gates.

Property has two ring cameras for security purposes. One on the driveway pointing away from the house. One on the side of the house pointing toward actual rooftop, not deck.
