Appartement sans grand confort

Malgre la gentillesse du gerant et la bonne localisation, nous avons ete déçu par le standing et prestations proposées. Forte odeur dhumidite/moisissure a larrivée et ensuite pas de linge de toillette, verres sales a larrivée, douche avec moisissures, terrasse sale avec vue sur un parking, literie peu confortable… multiples logements dans une maison ancienne divisée du coup un peu bruyant et sans ame… le tout pour 185€ ce qui est excessif vu le peu de confort et vetusté observé surtout sur la salle de bain.

Nice appartment in a beautiful house, perfectly located

The appartment is nice and functional, belonging to a beautiful mansion from the XIXth century. It is situated at literally 5 minutes on foot from both the beach and the city center. The tenant is a very kind man, helpful and eager to chat with his hosts.
