Ground floor: large living room (parquet) very bright overlooking the garden and terrace. Living room, dining room, kitchen.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (parquet): 1 bed 160x200, 2 bunk beds 90x200 and 90x200 1 bed, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Garden furniture, sunbeds.
Ideally located in the heart of Gourmalon in a one way street, you park the car outside the house and you can do everything on foot or by bike: 800m from the beach of the Source (thalasso), 700m from the old port and the center Pornic, near the coastal footpath, 600m of a small supermarket.
Possibility to rent linen (sheets and towels - contact us for prices).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist optimal zur Stadtmitte oder zu den Stränden, sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Einrichtung, alles vorhanden was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Verantwortlichen waren zu jederzeit erreichbar.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, die Terrasse und der Garten sind wirklich angenehme Aufenthaltsorte. Nur der Strand in der Nähe war nicht so nach unserem Geschmack.

Super séjour, nous revenons avec beaucoup de plaisir, maison très agréable proche du centre, proche de la plage, belle déco. Tout est parfait on se sent comme à la maison. Le rêve pour des vacances reposantes

Stilvolles Haus im wunderschönen Pornic

Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem schön hergerichtetem Haus. Es fehlte uns an nichts (auch wenn ein WLAN wünschenswert wäre). Die Einrichtung und die Terasse sorgen dafür, dass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlt. Das wunderschöne Zentrum von Pornichc ist fußläufig zu erreichen und die schönen Badebuchten erreicht man schnell und problemlos mit dem Auto.

Tolle Tage am Atlantik

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Pornic. Ein niedlicher kleiner und lebendiger Ort mit einem schönen Hafen. Die Unterkunft war super. Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit einr tollen Terasse. Sauber, gut eingerichtet und nah dem Zentrum. Wir haben die Zeit genossen

Très bien

Super équipé, rien ne manque. Spacieux, bonne literie, jardin agréable, très lumineux, avons apprécié la cafetière Nespresso. Beaucoup ustensiles culinaires. Un seul bémol la porte coulissante qui donne sur la terrasse que nous n’avons jamais pu ouvrir, mais avons fait usage de la port entrée donc pas vraiment grave. Autrement les rues autour sont très étroites et si des véhicules mal stationnés gênent le passage des camions de la voirie alors c’est le concert de klaxonnes de longues minutes le lundi matin ou voir pas de collecte selon que les gens se lèvent ou pas pour déplacer les véhicules. A 5 mns à pied du centre à 7mns de la plage c’est idéal.

Sehr schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus

Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus, mit bezauberndem Palmen-Garten und ruhiger Lage war ein großer Genuß! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gut organisiert und modern. Besonders der Parkettboden hat mir gut gefallen und für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Einziger Nachteil oder auch Vorteil: es gibt kein WLAN... was am Anfang für alle ein Schock war, entpuppte sich später als Segen. Das Haus ist also insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter/Concierge ist freundlich und klappt reibungslos!

Jolie maison, bien aménagée

Nous avons passés un beau séjour dans cette très jolie ville. La maison est agréable, propre et bien aménagée. Des rideaux à rez-de-chaussée seraient bienvenus pour plus d'intimité le soir. Elle est bien située car tout pret du port et de l'activité de la ville mais reste au calme ce qui est un vrai plus. Manuela nous a accueilli très sympathiquement avec des conseils et des adresses de la ville et de la région. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir ! Amapola

Excellent séjour

Ta propriétaire des lieux est un véritable amour. La Conciergerie qui s’occupe également de la maison est au top. Il est très rare de trouver un lit en 160 dans une location et de surcroît de bonne qualité. Les enfants étaient ravis des lits superposés. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir et espérons revenir très vite. Encore 1000 merci

Maison idéalement située à Pornic

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Pornic. La maison est au calme, dans une rue peu fréquentée, tout en étant à 5mn à pied du port et des commerces. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison est très chaleureuse et décorée avec goût. Malheureusement, le vent nous a empêché de profiter de la terrasse et du jardin, mais ce sera pour une prochaine fois !!! Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Beaucoup de charme !

Maison idéalement située entre le Port et la Plage de la Source, dans une rue particulièrement calme. La décoration est de bon goût et rien ne manquait ! Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous ! Très agréable accueil. Nous y reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Sehr gemütliches Haus, zentral gelegen, mit Nähe zu Stränden und guten Restaurants im Hafen

Das Objekt war sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet, alles war bestens beschrieben. Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die etwas unsaubere Dusche.

Beautifully equipped house in wonderful location!

We loved this house and the location of Pornic. The house was clean, modern and very well quipped. We stayed 1 week and only used the car to pop to the supermarket a couple of times - apart from that we stayed in the area! It is a few minutes walk to the town and harbour with lots of shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful walks along the coast. Our children (aged 15 and 12) went out and about on their own into the town and to the beach which was lovely for them (and us!). We would definitely like to stay here again.

Impeccable (la perfection n'étant pas de ce monde)

Très agréable séjour, malgré le temps pas toujours très chaud La maison, très propre, lumineuse et accueillante, situé à 8-10 minutes à pied du port et ses nombreux commerces et restaurants, est celle de propriétaires qui y séjournent aussi : rien n'y manque ! La salle de douche bénéficie de crochets et tablettes en suffisance (souvent absents dans les locations). Même des multi-prises sont disponibles dans les chambres, équipées de rideaux occultants. La cuisine est très bien fournie. Des grandes tasses ou mugs y seraient cependant bienvenus. Dans la remise, il y a même une trousse à outils (qui a servi pour resserrer la boulonnerie de la table de la terrasse :-D. Les murs de celle-ci mériteraient un petit coup de peinture. Le voisin devrait couper ses bambous pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du soleil en fin de journée. Petit jardin ombragé, bien pratique pour le rangement des vélos. Bref, à recommander sans hésitation !

Belle maison rénovée dans un écrin de verdure

La maison est très bien rénovée et très facile à l'usage. Elle est très lumineuse et se trouve dans un magnifique écrin de verdure à deux pas de l'océan. Bien située, on peut tout faire à pied et aller en quelques minutes manger des glaces à la Fraiseraie! Location à conseiller sauf si on veut se la réserver!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de charme très bien rénovée, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. Ecrin de verdure et de lumière à deux pas de l'océan. Proche du centre à pied et de la Fraiseraie avec ses sorbets incomparables!
