On the first floor, there is a modern living room that opens to the exterior, a completely new and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms, both of which have exterior views. One bedroom features two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm, and the other has a double bed measuring 150 x 190 cm. Additionally, there is a second independent full bathroom, also with a shower.

On the second floor, there is another bedroom (the third one), which has two single beds of 90 x 190 cm, and access to a beautiful and spacious private terrace on the same level, where you can enjoy the Seville weather, the sun, and relax with garden furniture.

San Juan is a small street that starts at Plaza de la Alfalfa, a lively and bustling area in the heart of Seville. It is filled with many shops, stores (including a supermarket), bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the city’s finest cuisine. Plaza de la Alfalfa is famous for being a playground for children; since it is pedestrian-only and car-free, it is common to see children playing with their parents or with each other in the surrounding areas every day. Without a doubt, it’s an area and a place to fully experience and enjoy Seville.

Additionally, it is just a few meters from the famous Plaza and Church of El Salvador, the Town Hall, and also a few minutes from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
