It consists of two large bedrooms with bedding of 160 and a cabin room with two bunk beds of 80, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and two large outdoor covered terraces of 15 and 34 m2.
Located a hundred meters from the large beach of Calvi, a supermarket and several shops are nearby.

Location vivement recommandee

Agréable appartement bien équipé, avec une terrasse très appréciable. Excellente localisation à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et à une vingtaine de minutes s à pied de la citadelle. Très bon service de conciergerie. A noter que vous devrez prévoir un supplément financier pour le ménage et le linge de maison.

Très bon séjour

Très bel emplacement à 5 min à pieds de la Plage dans la pinède. Pas de route à traverser. Bel appartement encore mieux que sur les photos. Bien équipé . Plancha . Belle terrasse abritée avec jardinet. Supermarché accessible facilement à pieds Place de parking réservé Résidence sécurisée Merci à Patrice qui s occupe de l aparté y pour les facilités et la réactivité. Centre ville accessible à pieds environ 1.5km par une promenade ombragée le long de la plage. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour tranquille et reposant.

Appartement spacieux et bien situé.

Conforme à la description. Une grande terrasse appréciée malgré des voisins bruyants en extérieur. A 150m de la plage par la pinède et accès direct au supermarché par un portillon. Le centre ville Calvi est un peu éloigné à pied. Une place de parking réservée dans la résidence et aucune difficulté pour se garer en entrée de ville en parkings payants. Satisfait du séjour.
