About this property

Private 1 bed, 1 bath condo located in downtown Stillwater. Wifi, desk, kitchen.

Our Downtown Condo is one of a kind. Located half a block off of Main Street you can easily walk to retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and museums. Anything else you may need is only minutes away.

The space is located upstairs in the original Stillwater Bank building. It offers one private bedroom with a queen bed and a living room (that can be closed off) that has a fold out couch or you can set up the queen size air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with cookware for simple meals, a full size refrigerator, stove / oven and microwave; as well as a coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and are available for use. Smart TV w/ Roku and Netflix and free WiFi. Parking is free on the street and in the nearby parking lots (some spots are time limited during the work day).

Clean property. Owner very nice and responsive to any issues. Parking during the weekdays can be a challenge but no problem overnight/weekends. Walk to restaurants nearby. Convenient to OSU campus.

My only detraction from this rental is the comfort of the bed. Very squeaky and not as comfortable as it could be. Other than that, the place was nice and I would consider staying again as long as it was no more than two nights.

I didn't check in until after 11pm and it wasn't until then that I realized I didn't receive the necessary information to find the location and check in. I was convinced I would need to get a hotel and deal with this reservation later. But the owner was accessible by phone and answered right away. She apologized for the confusion on checking in and immediately got me to the correct location with the right checkin information. The condo was amazing and immediately I knew I would be be back. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Really a perfect place to stay in Stillwater.
