Sète, rent beautiful apartment F2 on the ground floor of a villa on the hill of Sète, Mont St. Clear. Calm, magnificent sea view. South exposure. Located in a green setting: pines, palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea.
Living room with integrated kitchen. Bedroom with 160x200 bed, large closet and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Separate WC. The apartment is equipped with every comfort (washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, 2 electric hotplates, TNT satellite TV, Internet via WIFI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cooking tools.
Large 25 m² semi-shaded terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture and parasol and deckchairs. Free parking space in front of the house. Shops and beaches at 800m. Ideal for people and seniors who seek calm and rest.


Sète is perfectly located for exploring the Languedoc Roussillon region. Cultural visits to Montpellier or Beziers at 30 km, Nimes 70 km, Arles 110 km or Avignon and Carcassonne 120 km.
The magnificent villages in the Cevennes like St. Guilhem-le-Déserts, or the circus of Navacelles, the caves of Clamouse or the Demoiselles.
Good stop also to go to Spain and for the donut on the beautiful beaches of the Lido.

Views of Sete .

A lovely hill top property with beautiful views of the Mediterranean . The access road is a very challenging drive , steep ,narrow , very twisted and rugged . Access by foot is even more difficult and unsuitable for anyone with a disability or unable to manage considerable physical exertion .

Parfait !

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce. La vue est magnifique, et pour ceux qui aiment marcher, tout est accessible à pied : le Mont Saint-Clair, le centre-ville, les musées, etc.L'hôte est très accueillante et flexible concernant les heures d'arrivée et de départ.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Tolle Wohnung. Tolle Lage. Tolle Gastgeberin.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Die Wohnung ist kompakt und gemütlich und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: von der optimal ausgestatteten Küche über Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer bis hin zum modernen Bad mit separater Toilette. Die Wohnung liegt am Mont Saint-Clair mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer und ist abseits der touristischen Spots. Dadurch ist es wunderbar ruhig. Von Vorteil ist es, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist (wie wir, da wir kein eigenes Auto haben), oder als Autofahrer steile Steigungen und enge Straßen zu fahren beherrscht. Wir wollen sehr gern wiederkommen, auch dank der tollen Gastgeberin, die uns herzlich empfangen und mit Tipps und Empfehlungen weitergeholfen hat.

Très bel appartement pour profiter de la ville de Sète

Une semaine à Sète, superbe vue. Il faut toute fois être un peu sportif car la vue du Mont Saint Clair se mérite.

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in dieser bezaubernden, ruhigen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Aussicht auf den Golf de Lion ist großartig. Mit dem Auto muss man schmale, zum Teil steile Sträßchen nehmen, aber dies war auch mit einem Van zu schaffen. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, kommt man auch so gut in die Stadt oder zur nächsten Busstation. Heidi ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Idéalement placé sur le mont St Clair à la fois proche des plages et du centre ville. Appartement avec terrasse ombragée sous des pins . Idéal par fortes températures. Endroit calme avec vue mer. Autre point appréciable, une excellente literie.

Tout correspond au descriptif: appartement au calme dans une voie sans issue escarpée (pas adaptée en cas de mobilité réduite). L’équipement est très bien, et l’hôte à l’écoute. La terrasse est plutôt ombragée mais permet de bronzer au soleil aussi. Sète est proche à quelques kilomètres accessible soit en voiture (5-10 minutes selon la circulation), piste cyclable sur la corniche - 10-15 minutes) voire à pied 45 minutes pour les marcheurs). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et n’hésiterons pas à relouer cet endroit plein de charme.

Petit nid douillet avec vue magnifique

Nous avons apprécié ce joli appartement ou l'on s'y sent bien vue magnifique sur mer on peut dejeuner et se reposer au calme avec les chants des oiseaux Notre hôte fut tres agreable discrete et nous renseigne sur la région.Nous avons pu faire du vélo électrique car beaucoup de pistes cyclables qui vous amene a Marseillan ( tres joli village) Juste attention ça grimpe beaucoup sur les derniers 500m avant la maison...Nous recommandons cette location.

Tolle Terasse mit Meerblick, Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit

Wohnung: Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, leider kein Backofen. Sehr ruhig gelegen, tolle Terasse mit Meerblick, Lage: auf halber Berghöhe, Anfahrt über engen Gassen und sehr steil . Vermieterin: deutschstämmige sehr nette Vermieterin mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft. Sie erklärt ausführlich die Gegebenheiten vor Ort und was man besichtigen kann etc., Aber sie ist auch sehr diskret: wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, obwohl sie in der Wohnung über der Fewo wohnt, sieht man sie nur, wenn man will. Sète: eine wunderbare, quirlige Fischerstadt mit tollem überdachten Markt ( großes Angebot an Fisch), kleinen Kaffees, Möglichleiten zu verschiedenen Bootsausflügen, Wochenmärkten, Hafen, überall Kanäle mit Booten ( Klein-Venedig) Strand: fussläufig: ( bergrunter) Strände in La Corniche, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten 15 km lange Sandstrände zu erreichen

Up The Hill

This property is up a hill with narrow streets but the excellent directions provided ensured our arrival at the property. Heidi the owner was there to meet us and show us around. Our apartment was very comfortable with all amenities described. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the sea. The terrace was a great place to enjoy breakfast or any meal outdoors in the sunshine or just sitting out relaxing. Iam happy to recommend this apartment to travellers.
