Location
The villa is located on La Pointe du Cap Est on the town of Le François on the Atlantic coast of Martinique, in a residential and very quiet area, secured with gate code.

The small beach of the hotel Cap Est **** is about 300 m away and allows you access to the lagoon.

The hotel restaurant has a good reputation.

The first shops are at 3000 m. Supermarkets are at Le François, about 10 km far.

Vegetables and fish market in Vauclin, about 10 km from the villa.

The villa
On a parcel of 1500 m², the villa of 140 m² (+ terrace) is spread over 2 levels.

The upper level, mezzanine, includes:
- An air-conditioned double room closed, furnished with a large bed (140x200).
- The mezzanine also hosts an office area with ottomans, which overlooks the large living room.

The garden level includes:
- 1 air conditioned master bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed (160X200), with dressing room and private bathroom
- 2 air-conditioned double rooms with large beds (140x200)
- 1 shower room with wc
- 1 independent toilet
- A recent and well equipped kitchen open onto the terrace and the living room
- A large living room with sofas, armchairs, large table and flat screen, open on the terrace.

The shaded terrace of 60m ² faces the garden and the secure swimming pool (7m X 3.5m).

It has a dining area with table and chairs and an outdoor seating area where you can enjoy Ti punches or tropical fruits juices.

Note: Bedroom 3 is only accessible through bedroom 2 (the bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms).
