This gorgeous contemporary two bedroom, two bath downtown condo is a quiet corner unit and is one of the best locations in Aspen. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view.

The property was completely and exquisitely remodeled with open living areas, all new luxurious furnishings, a wood burning fireplace, dining area with seating for six. Bedroom one offers a king bed. Bedroom two has a split-king, keep as a king or split into two twin beds. Sofa sleeper in living room. The kitchen is open to the living area with bar seating, Caesar stone counter tops, new custom cabinets and features a new Viking Range and cookware. The unit enjoys its own washer/dryer. Clean contemporary decor with open living areas and a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and tons of counter space.

There are front and back decks providing two entrances and private entry to the master suite. This quiet complex has a large outdoor common area with patio seating, a grill and hot tub.

An Amazing Stay!
The location was amazing- we walked to dinner every night, the grocery store is less than a block away, it's a two minute walk to the base of the gondola in ski boots, and a five minute walk to the bus station to get to other mountains. Parking was provided and convienet. The place was quiet and very well maintained. It has a beautiful interior and seems to be recently renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and supplies. The owner was responsive when I texted her about a chirping fire alarm, and had someone up to quiet it right away. Overall, it was an amazing stay, I highly recommend and would absolutely return.

Wonderful remodeled condo in the heart of Aspen
My family spends a week or so in Aspen every year. Recently, the condo where we typically stay was sold and no longer available to rent, so we had to find alternative accommodations. I found this wonderful, remodeled condo on VRBO and am very happy with the choice. It is walking distance from all shopping and dining destinations in Aspen. There is no central air; however, the owner provided portable units that sufficiently cooled the condo during the August heat. The condo had modern TVs with builtin Netflix and Prime that is great for the kids on evenings. The kitchen was spacious. The bathrooms had great water pressure and hot water. The beds had comfy pillows. No complaints.
