Downtown King Cottage

Welcome to Historic Downtown Flagstaff. My special place is a ground floor 1 bedroom flat that is one of several residences in a historic home - circa 1906 Lindemann House - and is the perfect home base while exploring the area.

The health and well being of our guests, employees and community are of utmost importance. We have enacted new policies as a result of elevated levels of concern surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19 for everyone's health & safety. We have always had very high standards. We continue to provide detailed cleaning and sanitizing. Let's stay safe and look out for each other. Thank you for your support in these changing times.

Great location

Quirky in a good way! Nice living area and kitchen with small bathroom and bedroom. The small a/c in the bedroom might not be enough for some but we were happy ☺️

Cute, clean and cozy

It’s a small but sweet space that was perfect for me and my husband. It is on a busy downtown street. it was quiet inside the apartment, though. Loved it!

Fully-equipped place in great location

This private space had everything we needed and then some. Big soft bed with big soft pillows, kitchen with everything plus a full-sized W & D. Owner provided dishwasher and laundry soap plus coffee, tea, and some cooking spices. The location was perfect, an easy walk to old town without the noise of bar-hopping crowds. An added perk was the view from the bedroom to the neighbor's yard which attracted a beautiful variety of birds!

GREAT LOCATION

This is an older home, but extremely clean and well equipped. The location is outstanding. It is easy walking distance to all of downtown with shops, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this property

We really enjoyed the location of this little place. Short walk to downtown. Comfortable king size bed, which we prefer. Had everything we needed.

Very clean and well located Bungalow in old town Flagstaff

We love the location in old town Flagstaff. Walking distance to everything. Very clean property inside and out. Very comfortable king size bed. Would recommend to all couples. Will be staying here again !
