Fall in love with Cedar Creek Lake from the comfort of our lake house on wide open water! Located on quiet cul de sac street, double tree shaded lots. Our location is perfect for what Cedar Creek has to offer. Only one hour and fifteen minutes from the Dallas area. Whether you like spending your days on the water, swimming, fishing, golfing, or visiting Canton Trade Days or relaxing on one of the four loungers on the boat dock, this house offers it all! Located close to Lone Star Marina for easy water access for your boat and water crafts, we offer mooring bouys for the watercraft, boats must be anchored, not on dock. The floor plan encompasses four bedrooms, three full baths, complete kitchen with dining area, open plan living space with ample seating and out door seating on the deck from which you can admire the views.

*NOTE: Your safety matters. Exterior security cameras are located around the perimeter of the home, facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces*

Master Bedroom: King Bed, Bedroom 2: King Bed, Bedroom 3: King Bed, Bedroom 4: Queen Bed and crib. Boat dock available for fishing and lounging. Overnight
mooring is NOT an option.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved this house, this location on the lake, and the owners! The house is wonderful, great space for everyone to gather inside and out. The marina is a quick trip down the road so we rented a pontoon for the afternoon. We already want to go back. If this house is open to rent, look no further!

great property, great host

The property is as described. It has beautiful views of the lake; lots of trees shading the multi-tiered back deck. The interior of the house was spacious, decorated nicely, and clean. Theresa was great. We stayed over Christmas... she had a tree for us, as well as some other Christmas decorations. We appreciated that so much! And, as other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen was well equipped - which was great because we ate every meal at the house! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Another relaxing weekend

Stayed at Spence home again, only this time with friends. Another wonderful weekend! Too windy and cold to enjoy the outdoors, but the view was lovely from the warm inside. Great home and location!

Perfect Get Away Location

We had a wonderful stay! Theresa and Todd’s home was the perfect location overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets. The shade from the amazing trees was great for summer playtime in the yard with the family. It had all kitchen amenities and was extremely organized and clean. The noise machines in bedrooms were a hit - I bought two for our kids after we left! They were very responsive to our questions and needs and we appreciated the extras - like access to kids toys and rafts. We will be back again!!

Perfect weekend family getaway!

The Spence home is a beautiful lakehouse getaway. It sits on the beginning of a cove, so a panoramic view of the lake is what you see from inside the home and from the beautiful patios. The trees offer a lovely canopy for enjoying the outside. The home is appointed with beautiful and comfortable furnishings and bedding. We are all cooks, so we brought a few of our favorite utensils, but we could've come without them, as Theresa has everything needed for preparation and serving there. We will look forward to returning!

Gorgeous Views and Beautiful Interior

This property exceeded our expectations. The house is roomy, beautifully decorated and has the most gorgeous views of the lake. We loved the big, comfy couches and recliners! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are situated in a way that gives everyone privacy. The bathrooms were lovely and stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper and even had body wash and shampoo. The kitchen was large enough to prepare Christmas dinner for 6 adults. Lots of flatware, glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. The double oven was a life saver! We thoroughly enjoyed the firepit, which was already filled with wood (and a handy bottle of lighter fluid)! The house was spacious enough for us all to gather together for meals, games, or watching TV. There is plenty of seating outdoors also. The location is great. We were all able to find it easily using Google Maps, Waze and Apple Maps. (we came in 4 cars) Parking was a breeze with a large circle drive. We had a perfect, unobstructed view of the lake. We were also surprisingly close to Brookshires and WalMart. This is a beautiful property inside and out, complete with all the amenities we desired, plus a few more! The Spences are wonderful hosts, and made our Christmas get-a-way at the lake a perfect experience for our family.

Thanksgiving at the lake.

We've been going to my wife's family lake house on Cedar Creek for 25 years, but with more kiddos these days we needed another house. This was the perfect family house! Theresa and Todd were a pleasure to deal with and always responded within minutes. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending.
