Very charming historic Ardèche stone house, with a tower.
The house has been carefully renovated, beautiful materials (oak, chestnut, exposed stone, tiles). It can accommodate at least 8 people, and the largest room can serve as a dormitory with extra beds, so increase to 12 people.
It is on 3 levels, the tower is habitable. It has a courtyard to accommodate a large table or bask in the sun. Many hikes are possible in very natural landscapes. The village of Vocance has 600 inhabitants. Vocance is 15 minutes from Annonay, the largest city in Ardèche, the historic capital of hot air ballooning.

Superbe maison avec bcp de charme dans un endroit au calme De belles balades et activités à faire autour Propriétaire super arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée et très bon contact À recommander plutôt pour des personnes sans enfants : l'espace extérieur est parfait pour se détendre mais un peu moins adapté pour des enfants qui ont besoin de bouger

Tout simplement parfait

Damien a su nous accueillir avec chaleur. Soucieux de notre confort et bien être, il a su se rendre disponible. Merci à vous. La maison est tout simplement splendide et décorée avec goût. Elle est, sur un point de vue géographique, idéalement située (au cœur d’un petit bourg de campagne bercé par la Cance). Un grand merci !

Très beau séjour dans le nord de l'Ardèche

A mi chemin pour nous retrouver en famille, nous avons passé de très belles vacances. La maison est juste magnifique ! Très bien aménagé, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous étions 3 adultes et 3 ados, chacun a eu son espace pour s'isoler si besoin. L'espace commun (cuisine et salon) et la terrasse couverte nous ont permis de partager de très bons moments tous ensemble. Nous y retournerons sûrement avec grand plaisir et sans hésitation. Les activités et musées sont très diversifiés également. Je recommande à 200%. Damien est un hôte très sympathique qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Très disponible également pour répondre aux messages si besoin. Merci beaucoup !!! Annie

les Princes et princesses ont bien dormi

maison originale en pierres, fraicheur et calme, environnement agréable, à moins de 100 km de Lyon. Cela correspondait exactement à mes attentes. Une seule remarque, il faudrait indiquer dans l'annonce, les nombreux escaliers peu aisés pour accéder aux chambres.
