House of 70m2 (for 1 to 4 people) fully furnished to new with quality equipment and renovated, overlooking street and garden in a quiet area - rue Petillat-

Thermal baths (150 m), large market (200 m), shopping center (300 m), lake and parks (400 m), doctors (100 m), train station (800 m, direct bus).

The house consists of:
RC: Living room, dining room, open kitchen fully equipped, wc
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a bed of 140 and one with 2 beds of 90, mattresses great comforts, with duvet and 2 pillows per pers), a bathroom with double sink, large bath, shower with Italian and wc.

Wonderful House & host

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was perfect for our family of four. Edith, the owner, couldn't be more helpful. The place is fully fitted out with every appliance, gadget and item that you can think of. It even has clips to close plastic bags! The location next to the centre, but not in it, couldn't be more perfect. I'd recommend to anyone!

Veni, vidi, Vichy

Ne faire que des compliments pourraient paraître duspect, et pourtant... Nous avons été accueillies par une hôte charmante ayant tout prévu pour rende notre séjour agréable. La maison est très joliment décorée et il n'y manque rien pour notre confort, de plus elle est idéalement placée, à proximité de tout en 10 mn à pied maximum. Le charme de la ville et l'environnement découvert au cours de nos randonnées ont aussi contribué à rendre notre semaine très réussie. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

Propriétaire à l'écoute avant notre arrivée, mais accusatrice et de mauvaise fois lors du séjour. Nous avons été accusée à tort d'avoir, soit disant, laissé débordée la baignoire (nous ne sommes pas des gosses) alors que nous n'avions pris aucun bain et que l'eau se serait infiltrée dans la chambre et que l'on aurait épongé avant leur arrivée(10 mn après mon appel) , je ne sais avec quoi puisqu'il n'y a pas de serpillère, seul un balai à franges pour nettoyer le sol. J'ai 79 ans, ma Belle Soeur 74 ans. Nous avons toute les deux une prothèse, elle, à un genou et moi à la hanche. Nous ne pouvons monter dans une baignoire, sauf aux thermes, elles sont aménagées pour (marche et poignée et le personnel est présent). D'autre part, nous étions en cure le matin donc piscine, bain, massage, boue et autres, avec douche après chaque soin. L'après midi nous avions un pris un programme aux thermes "les dômes" pour aquagym, bains bouillonnants, sauna, hamman avec obligation de prendre une douche avant chaque soin (planning à l'appui). Donc de l'eau nous en avions par dessus la tête, Bien souvent même nous ne faisions pas de douche le soir à la maison. Pour conclure, je loue depuis plus de 50 ans, j'ai toujours eu de très bons rapports avec les propriétaires, bien souvent nous faisions un apéro de départ ensemble. Alors Madame prenait exemple. Je vous rappelle que j'ai pris une maison parce qu'il me fallait 2 chambres séparées. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir choisi la vôtre. Pas de clarté.

Logement et accueil au top

Hôte accueillante et à l’écoute, le logement est très bien situé proche de tout commerce , il est fonctionnel et bien équipé avec de la documentation, une bonne literie avec des chambres spacieuses , si on revient à Vichy on louera dans ce logement, on le recommande

Maison très agréable et bien placée

La maison d'Edith est non seulement fonctionnelle, bien décorée et d'une grande propreté mais extrêmement bien placée pour visiter le centre ville et la vieille ville de Vichy. Merci pour les petites attentions qui font rosir de plaisir ( petites pastilles Vichy sur l'oreiller notamment . Au plaisir d'une prochaine escapade, idéalement sous le soleil.
