Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle location, située dans une résidence sécurisée et très bien entretenue, à quelques pas de la plage et avec une vue imprenable sur l’île de Porquerolles. Tout était parfait, nous n’avions manqué de rien! Un grand Merci à Jocelyne pour son accueil et son extrême gentillesse! Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir!

Leuk verblijf direct aan zee

Vlotte communicatie met eigenaar. Leuk appartement met ideaal tuintje. Zicht op park en zee. Prima ligging. Al het nodige aanwezig. Verbleven in april. Zeer rustig.

Klein aber Fein!

Wir genossen gemütliche und entspannte Ferien am schönen Argentiere Strand unter den schattenspendenden Pinien. Die Wohnung ist klein und für 2 Personen ideal. Gut und schön eingerichtet. Wünschenswert wäre höchstens noch ein Fliegen-/Mückengitter an der Terrassentüre. Also unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen:-)) Ansonsten alles bestens! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Noch schöner als auf den Bildern

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für Familie mit 1-2 Kindern. Port Miramar ist über den Strand zu Fuß in 10-12 Minuten zu erreichen, sodass Ausflüge nach Port Cros und Porquerolles sehr unkompliziert sind; auch abends lädt der kleine Hafenbereich mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Geschäften und öffentlichen Konzerten zum Flanieren ein. Der Strandabschnitt L‘Argentiere ist mit Pinien gesäumt, sodass man auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet, wenn man es braucht. Trotz August ist die Anlage weitläufig und ruhig. Die tollen Jazz-Konzerte haben wir auf unserer Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es gibt sogar zwei Klappstühle extra für den Strand, die wir benutzen konnten. Ein abgesperrter Privatparkplatz ist auch vorhanden, eine Bäckerei und Minisupermarkt auch um die Ecke. In 30-45 min sind viele lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele, Hyeres Altstadt ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen - rundum perfekt 😍

Au top pour les vacances

L appartement est spacieux et bien agencé. Le jardin privatif est un vrai plus avec tout son mobilier de jardin. En plus il donne sur un espace vert et la plage .... Pas de bruit de voiture, pas de nuisance. Une atmosphère paisible.... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette appartement et je remercie la propriétaire pour la simplicité d arrivée et de départ.

Idealer Ferienort

Wir waren vom 18-25. Mai 2022 in der Vorsaison dort. Deshalb war es dort in der Residenz noch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Lage: Der Strand " plage de l'Argentiere liegt in Sichtweite. 20 Minuten Fussmarsch am Strand zum Hafen Miramar ( Abfahrt zu den Inseln), Beginn des Küstenwanderweges nach Bregançon ( Hin und zurück 18 Kilometer , wirklich lohnenswert, vor der Tür). Hyères, Bormes les Mimosa, Saint Tropez nicht weit entfernt. Das Studio ist ideal für 2 Personen. Es gibt noch eine Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen in Salon mit der integrierten Küche. Das Studio ist gut ausgestattet, das Internet funktionierte ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen, vor allem, weil es in der Vorsaison noch keine Touristenmassen, Staus etc. gab. In der Hochsaison ist es dann sicher etwas anders.

schöne Lage direkt am Strand

kleines Apartment mit schöner Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum sehr schönen Strand, dort auch ein schöner Wanderweg direkt am Meer über eine Treppe vom Strand zu erreichen Jetzt in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig und angenehm, noch nicht alle Restaurants / Strandbars geöffnet nette kleine Pizzeria, Minimarkt und Bäcker direkt in der Anlage Ich denke in der Hauptsaison wäre uns die Anlage zu groß und zu voll Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Plage à 100m

Au niveau localisation difficile de faire mieux, il y a une belle plage à 100 m. L'appartement est conforme à la description, il est en rez de chaussé avec un espace extérieur très appréciable. Nous avons séjourné en avril la résidence était pratiquement vide c'était donc calme en pleine saison c'est surement plus animé. Le niveau d'équipement intérieur et extérieur de la location sont corrects, il y a bonne literie , parking privé et sécurisé. Un petit centre commercial est à coté idéal pour les courses et le pain. Location parfaite pour 2 avec une belle région à découvrir.
