Modern and very well maintained, it is ideal for 4 adults and up to 5 with children;
The house is located in a quiet street while being a short walk from the heart of Toulouse and the lively Victor Hugo market district, all shops, bars and restaurants. (5 minutes walk from the metro and 3 stations from the hyper center)
Direct access to metro line A (Jean Jaurès or Capitole station), bike rental station "Velib" and bus nearby.

Séjour impeccable

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Déborah qui nous a donné de nombreux renseignements sur le quartier et la ville. Le logement est conçu de telle manière que l'on se sent chez soi avec une terrasse très agréable. Déborah est très disponible et à l'écoute. Nous avons apprécié de nous réveiller dans cet endroit calme et arboré où le chant des oiseaux nous a accompagnés tout au long du séjour. Nous remercions donc Déborah pour le soin qu'elle prend de ses locataires et reviendrons sûrement prochainement.

El alojamiento ha cumplido perfectamente nuestras espectativas. Ha sido muy cómodo, tranquilo, habitaciones muy amplias y cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, bonita terraza/jardín, con fácil aparcamiento en la puerta y buen acceso al centro de la ciudad en metro. Perfecto para descansar después de un día de turismo. Totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Déborah, très arrangeante pour nos heures d'arrivée et de départ. Le logement est spacieux, propre, très bien équipé. Il faisait chaud à Toulouse cette semaine, donc nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée, qui a servi matin, midi et soir ! et le petit plus (de la part de ma fille) : la connexion internet était parfaite pour qu'elle puisse télétravailler ! Mais elle s'est quand même sentie en vacances, c'est peu dire ! Merci encore Christine

Séjour très appréciable

Rien à redire. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons pu profiter de Toulouse étant à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la station de métro mais aussi beaucoup des alentours de Toulouse étant proche du périphérique. La maison est très propre avec tout le nécessaire, le quartier très calme et on peut se garer très facilement. Nous reviendrions volontier. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très calme, spacieux et idéalement placé pour visiter Toulouse. Rien ne manque, tout est réellement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Vous pouvez le louer les yeux fermés ! Merci à Déborah et à Nathan pour leur accueil !

une location parfaite!

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à l'annonce: très spacieux, d'une propreté méticuleuse et lumineux. Les pièces sont plus grandes qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Tous les équipements sont neufs, nombreux et de bonne qualité. Rien à redire sur le confort: la salle de bain est vaste elle aussi, on peut poser ses affaires sans les mouiller, les lits sont bien équipés, les matelas confortables. La nuit, il n'y a aucun bruit. Le jardin est lui aussi bien agréable. Nous sommes venus en mai et les fleurs embaumaient. On peut profiter de la terrasse et être seuls, sans aucun vis à vis. L'emplacement est parfait: on n'est loin de rien, on peut se garer facilement, le quartier est calme et sûr. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous et nous avons pu profiter d'un magnifique week-end familial à Toulouse. Merci infiniment à Déborah pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils. Elle a veillé à ce que tout se passe bien pour nous, et, en effet, nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Nous espérons revenir à Toulouse et nous y avons trouvé notre adresse! Pour toutes ces raisons (qualité des équipements, niveau de confort, emplacement, calme, accueil), cet appartement mériterait une étoile de plus que les cinq prévues.

Una de la mejores casas que he estado viajando.

La verdad que solo puedo dar las gracias a Deborah ya sea por la amplitud de la casa, la gentileza que ha tenido con nosotros, la limpieza, el orden de toda la casa, la decoración del jardín que parece que estás en un cuento. Todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar y también bbq. Fácil aparcamiento.

merveilleux appartement

Nous sommes 2 couples québécois qui avons loué ce très bel appartement très bien équipé. Le rapport-qualité-prix est plus qu'avantageux. La location mérite largement le label 3 clés. Que dire de l'accueil de notre hôte Déborah, nous nous sommes sentis comme étant de la famille. L'emplacement est idéal pour y laisser la voiture et prendre le métro pour visiter la ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent accueil, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Décoré avec goût, l'appartement est fidèle aux photos, grande cuisine ouverte, magnifique salle de bain et chambres très spacieuses. Un vrai plaisir. Je recommanderai cet appartement sans hésiter (et les amis Toulousains que nous avons reçus pendant notre séjour ont eux aussi noté l'adresse!)
