Le gîte du Paradaou with swimming pool and air-conditioning in a peaceful Provencal setting

At the cottage "paradaou", you will spend holidays in the heart of Provence, singing cicadas and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

New (2015) The cottage is planned for 2/3 people, master bedroom, kitchen, private terrace, bathroom wc, it measures 40m2

On a plot of 4000m2, the villa is located in Flayosc, first village perched high Var is lively and we live there all year, it is a village with many shops, restaurants and entertainment (concerts in summer, festivals ). a village that has kept its authenticity, there are fountains, a wash house, a place with plane trees ..

Flayosc allows to join the lake of ste Croix, the gorges of the verdon, its water activities and canyonning / canoe, but also the littoral with its beaches (st raphael, st tropez, frejus, creeks of issambres) or to hike in hills covered with vineyards, olive trees, oaks and truffle trees.
Flayosc also allows you to discover the tradition of olive oil and wine (surrounding castles).
You will live near the village (700m), while being in the calm of a Zen shelter ..
You can relax by the pool, set in sun loungers.

You will enjoy the swimming pool of 8 * 4m, The beaches are large and equipped with deckchairs. the pool is common to two rentals (villa and loft for 2/3 people)

Havre de paix

Apres un accueil chaleureux et attentif à notre désire de se ressourcer dans un carde verdoyant et calme, les propriétaires que je remercie encore, ont mis à notre disposition tout ce qui était nécéssaire pour un séjour réussi dans un havre de paix. La villa ne manque pas de confort : très bonne literie entre autres choses. La terrasse, la piscine, la promenade dans les bois environnant... tout est là pour se reposer et/ou se ressourcer. Nous avons également découvert cette belle région avec ces marchés de produits locaux à proximité. Que du bonheur ! J'ajouterai une dernière chose : rapport qualité/prix : excellent.

HAVRE DE PAIX

Nous avons séjourné dans la Villa durant une semaine qui fut de tout repos dans ce carde naturel. Les proprietaires nous on réserve un très bon accueil et ont été de bons conseils pour les balades alentours (marchés de produits locaux, monuments historiques...) dans les petits villages de Provence. Cadre propice au farniente : piscine, terrasse... L'ensemble protégé de toute nuisance par la forêt qui borde la propriété : invitation à la marche, footing, rando... Vivement l'année prochaine avec les amis !

Inoubliable

Un beau cadre, un loft très bien équipé, propre et sans faute de goût, avec une climatisation silencieuse, une piscine entourée par la nature et bien évidemment des propriétaires - Anne Sophie et Laurent - toujours disponibles et hyper sympas qui ont contribué à faire de notre séjour un souvenir inoubliable. A cela, un village charmant, des ballades superbes. Allez-y, nous on va y revenir.

super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour, dépaysant et surtout reposant dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement en nous présentant les différentes activités que nous pouvions faire dans les alentours. La location est confortable et décorée avec goût et il est surtout appréciable de pouvoir plonger dans la piscine ! Nous avons également pu profiter d'un petit restaurant accueillant avec un grand choix de plats de la région sur la place du centre ville.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pour quelques jours et nous avons été enchantés. Le cadre est merveilleux, un véritable havre de paix, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils pour les attractions aux alentours. La villa est à moins d'1h de la mer et à 45 minutes du lac de Sainte Croix. Les villages avoisinants sont magnifiques et permettent de se détendre tout en découvrant l'atmosphère varoise. La villa possède toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il faisait encore frais pour profiter de la piscine mais nous reviendrons.
