Thanksgiving vacation

We had an AMAZING stay at “Break Time”!! The house was very clean and worked for all of us! The location was perfect, very accessible to every spot that we were going to, without any problems. Every time I called someone at Eden Crest, they were very polite and accommodating! I would definitely stay there or at one of your other homes again. I would highly recommend that spot to all of my friends! Thank you again for everything and you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!😀

Great Long Weekend!

Highly recommend this property for a getaway! Great location, super clean and plenty to do even if you just want to stay in the cabin. We will be booking another stay in the near future!

This was a couples Valentines Day trip with our cousins and it was nothing short of amazing! The cabin looked exactly as it did in the pictures, everything worked and it was easy to use. I would definitely pick this again in future trips.

Great location and cabin!

We really loved this cabin. Very spacious and clean with great ammenties. We especially liked the back porch with fireplace. Each bedroom had its own full bath, which was very nice. Only very minor suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the Wifi.

Very Nice Cabin

Property was very nice with plenty of room for our group of 9. All amenities were in good working order EXCEPT the Hot Tub….it needs repairs, it would not get hot enough nor would the jets pump with enough pressure…..this was disappointing….I did not report the problem to management but I did leave a message about it when I checked out so I hope they fix it for future renters.

Great weekend with friends!

The house was in a great location with an easy short drive into Gatlinburg. Very clean, and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The only complaint was the tv’s in the living room and outside deck cable box didn’t work. We called the office and it was over 24 hours before anyone came to fix it. Very disappointing when it was a football weekend. But overall a great stay!

Good information online. Communication for check in good. Some parts of house needed maintenance attention. Instructions on how to work tv's in bedrooms would have,been helpful. Outside deck needed cleaning. Kitchen could use bottle opener and better can openers. Space for family to gather was great.

DVD player in theater room had no cable to TV, so movies we brought did us no good. No surround sound in movie theater room as mentioned. Washer did not work. Hot tub wouldn’t get over 90 degrees. Other than that, cabin was pretty nice!!

Decent place to stay

Location was great. Nice scenic drive to the house. House was semi clean. Had to do some tidying up on our own. Some of the cookware had rust on it. I’ve rented numerous homes in different cities, that have had more cookware and utensils for us to use. Second day there, basement ceiling started leaking. Made property manager aware of the situation. Stated that they knew about it and they where in the process of fixing it. It is listed as a new property, which threw me off on why something new would be leaking. Ceiling was dripping in 3 different places. When We arrived, they text me the door codes and the WiFi network to use. This is important because cell service sucks in this location. The network that they sent me never appeared under any WiFi. Made manager aware. They sent out maintenance, who said it was working. Never was. Their excuse was that it is satellite internet and that it would be spotty. I understand WiFi can be spotty, but it never worked here, which really sucked because as I stated cell service is very poor in this location. Also couldn’t connect out firesticks for the kids to watch movies on. Another thing that would have been smart on their part is, they could have fenced in the downstairs patio area where the jacuzzi is located. Bears come around frequently, we saw them 3 of the 4 days we where there. Not very safe for adults or children to be in the jacuzzi and be secure. Probably won’t rent in this location again.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay so much; we will definitely be returning. Everything was clean, every appliance we needed was provided. The property was beautiful and perfect for our first experience at the mountains. The only thing that was horrible was the wifi. Phone calls very choppy. Couldn't watch Netflix or anything that was streamed. However, they do have cable and had several great channels. Overall experience was perfect.
