Bonnes vacances au Crotoy

Très bonne experience dans cette location : - bien équipé - informations visibles et disponibles (wifi, passage des poubelles, les marchés etc) - tres bien agencée, nous y vivions bien à 3 avec un enfant dynamique et désordonné, comme ses parents ;) - idealement située : proche plage, port et rue commercante. Un peu en retrait de la rue, donc pas nuisance de ce côté là. - bonne communication avec le propriétaire, tres disponible. Petite precision : La cour est privée mais partagée avec un autre gîte. Les 2 cours étaient bien délimitées, chacun son espace.

Première fois pour nous et tout c est très bien passé. Très bon accueil a l’arrivée. Logement conforme à la description et très propre. Excellent emplacement. Idéal avec les enfants car tout proche de la plage.

En baie de somme

Belles visites des environs: le Crotoy la baie et son voyage en train à vapeur, St Valery, Mers les bains et le petit train qui va jusqu'au Tréport et Eu. Cest une belle région. Location tres calme, bien agencée. Par contre toutes les places pour se garer sont payantes et rares....

Excellent séjour

Très bien situé à quelques pas entre la plage et le centre-ville, cette location est plein de charme, de confort, bien équipée (répondant à tous les besoins quotidiens) et d’une propreté irréprochable. Excellente communication pour le partage des informations et un très bon un accueil. Ce court séjour fût reposant et revigorant. J’y retournerai sans aucun doute.

Excellent Location

A couple of weeks prior to arrival, I received an email from Arnaud to inform me that we could either clean the property ourselves before departure or we could pay 30 euros for someone to clean after we left. Included in the same email, we were informed that we could take our own bedding and towels or pay 70 euros to have it provided for 5 people. As there were only 2 of us staying in the property, I responded to Arnaud to inform him that we only needed bedding and towels for 2 people. He then reduced the price to 40 euros. I reviewed the advert for the property and there was no mention of this extra cost. I feel that this should be included within the information within the advert. On arrival Arnaud was very prompt to meet us and let us into the property. There is on street car parking which costs 30 euros for the week and you can park anywhere in Le Crotoy on the same ticket. Some of the photographs of the property within the advert did not reflect the property we were staying in. One photograph shows the main property but the actual house is a side door which leads through to an passageway to the house at the back. The other photograph which I felt was deceiving was the photograph of the courtyard. Within the photograph, it appear to be a large enclosed area. In fact this courtyard is shared between the front and rear houses. This is only separated by a tarpaulin screen. Otherwise the property is very nice and I feel that if the advert was amended, this would give a truer reflection.

Maison tout confort en plein centre du Crotoy

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. Elle est confortable et bien équipée pour notre famille de 5. La situation est très pratique, calme et à 2 pas de tout. Aucun souci pour se garer hors saison. Nous recommandons cette location.

Bonne localisation

Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Le logement correspond à la description et est très bien équipé, notamment au niveau des équipements électroménagers. Etant accessible depuis une cour/terrasse intérieure, il est très calme et bien situé pour les visites en baies de Somme et d'Authie. A prévoir par les vacanciers; le parking est payant (forfait 5 € / jour proposé par le propriétaire).
