Detached villa any comfort 4 rooms, in the rez of putting on, 1 rooms with bed in 160, 1 room with 2 beds of 90 and a parental suite with bed in 160 with room of water and TOILET, a room on the floor with 2 beds in 90. On the ground floor, a bathroom with WC + separate WC, lounge with TV, DVD player, radio CD player, Bluetooth speaker, Wifi. Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Linens provided (sheets, towels ...) and beach towels, the linen is changed once a week. Nespresso coffee machine (not supplied cartridges). Covered terrace of 27 m2 and a hut of 10 m2. Garden furniture, sun bath, barbecue. Beautiful salt pool 8x4 meters with alarm for child safety. Teak deck around the pool, private garden. Outdoor shower. Welcome planter and first breakfast offered. Terms of payment: 30% on booking, the balance by check 1 month before arrival, by transfer one week before arrival, in cash on arrival. Residential area, quiet place to spend holidays with family and friends. ALL FESTIVE EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Pani pwoblem...

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour dans cette villa dans laquelle il ne manque rien autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Nous avions 2 enfants en bas âge avec lit, chaise haute, jouets de plage fournis. Prestations à la hauteur de la présentation sur le site. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Colette qui fait un excellent planteur ( il suffit de commander). Ne pas hésiter à venir dans cette location pour y passer un moment agréable dans un endroit calme et proche des belles plages Martiniquaise.

Villa où il fait bon vivre

Villa très agréable, assez bien équipée avec une belle piscine. Pas très loin de la plage et des commerces. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis!😁 Seul bémol: la proximité des voisins, maison dans un lotissement.

Que du bonheur !!....

Jolie maison, belles prestations, villa très bien entretenue... Tout le monde a appréciés ces bons moments passé au soleil !...Pas une goutte de pluie pendant 3 semaines...Et que dire de Colette, c'est une femme adorable, toujours prête à rendre service (Merci Colette pour la poussette du petit Théo ..) et je ne vous parle pas du planteur et des acras, un vrai délice !!..Merci et à bientôt pour une prochaine fois, mes enfants veulent revenir....Bisous à Colette....

très belle maison tout confort

La maison est très bien équipée, et très bien entretenue. Colette nous à réservé un accueil chaleureux et à su répondre à toutes nos demandes, elle à vraiment été charmante avec toute la famille et surtout avec notre petite dernière ... Merci encore. La villa est située à 10 min à pied de la plage du Diamant (attention aux vagues pour les plus jeunes) et du marché du village, dans un joli lotissement au calme. La piscine est super, les enfants ne voulaient pas en sortir, et tout est fait pour passer un séjour agréable. Rien ne nous à manqué. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Si vous chercher une location pour un séjour au calme en famille, n'hésitez plus. En plus vous serez à 15 min de voiture d'autres très belles plages (anse figuier, anse d'arlet ...)

La location est parfaite. Très bien entretenue et très bien équipée. L' accueil de Colette vous met tout de suite à l'aise. De ses talents de cuisinière nous ont bien agrémentés le séjour. Qu'une envie: y retourner !!!

Perfect vacation rental!

Everything was perfect! We came from the United States and don't speak much French (I studied some in high school many years ago), so the language barrier was a little intimidating at first. I was able to communicate with the owner, Sylvie, using Google translate. She was also able to write back in English when needed. She was very responsive and helpful. Everything went really smoothly. The house itself is very well situated. I was able to walk to the beach easily, which is just down the road, 800m away. There is a great bakery at the bottom of the road, across from the beach. There is also an excellent food stand, Pam Snack (owner can speak English), at the beach there. The walk back up to the house is a little strenuous though, because it is up a hill, but good exercise. The pool is a pretty good size, bigger than most pools at other houses that I had considered renting. This was important for our family because our kids were really looking forward to swimming. The pool/yard is a truly beautiful and relaxing spot. There were a few mosquitos, but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. AC in the bedrooms worked well and kept us comfortable. The best part of the whole trip was Colette, who was super kind, and gave us a warm welcome. She does know a little English, and I tried my best with my limited French and Google translate, as well as hand gestures, and we did just fine. We hired her to cook several meals for us, which were always delicious. She is also available to hire to do the cleaning upon departure as well. Colette was also a very helpful source for local information. We would love to return to this house again, because it is a great house, but in particular, because of our wonderful experience with Sylvie and Colette. As for additional tips... We found snorkeling to be good at the very northern end of the beach, by the rocks, at Les Anses d'Arlet. If using google maps (US version website), it is the beach that is not quite labeled, between Grande Anse d'Arlet and Petite Anse. While there, eat at Chez Fab et Claude. We tried Anse Dufour and Anse Noire, but the waters were rough and not clear that particular day. As for grocery stores, Sylvie suggested Carrefour in Rivière-Salée. As an American shopping there, I would say it was not the easiest for us. We did find Naturalia in Ducos, which was good for natural/organic type foods, although expensive. There is also a small local store called 8 à Huit in Diamant.

De superbes vacances

Une villa très agréable, toute neuve et très bien équipée dans un quartier calme, proche des commodités et de la belle plage du Diamant. Nos 3 garçons ont particulièrement profité de la piscine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les conseils des propriétaires et l'accueil sur place par Colette, qui a été charmante et toujours prête à nous rendre service. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

superbe vacance proche de la plage.

Superbe location proche de la plage et idéalement située pour visiter l'île. La maison est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Nous avons bien aimé le cadre général de la maison ( équipement de qualité ) , la propreté des lieux et la dispositon de la piscine. Apres 8 heures de vol , le petit dejeuner et le planteur à l'arrivé est un plus trés appréciable ( rare en location ). Je recommande vivement cette location ( nous y retournerons l'année prochaine en famille ).

NOUS REVIENDRONS

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour en Martinique dans la maison de Sylvie et Thierry. Celle-ci est située dans un quartier très calme, à 10 minutes à pieds de la mer et du marché du Diamant. La grande terrasse donne sur une superbe piscine d'une belle dimension qui ne comporte pas de vis à vis. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et le lave-vaisselle est fort apprécié losque vous faites des grandes tablées. De même, la climatisation dans chacune des chambres permet de passer des nuits tranquilles. Bref, l'endroit correspond en tout point à l'annonce et nous le recommandons vivement y compris à cette saison.
