LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Welcome to our beautiful lake home located in the heart of downtown Lake Havasu!!!! This is not your everyday vacation rental ...... our home is meticulously maintained. This one level end-unit townhome boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a one car garage, with comfy couches that overlook the lake. What could be better than that! The complex offers a community pool, hot tub, and picnic/BBQ area. We also have a BBQ in the garage if you prefer. FREE WIFI!

Walking distance is less than 1 mile to Rotary Park, golfing, shops, restaurants, the famous London Bridge and English Village.

This is a popular complex among the Snowbirds.

Clean and friendly environment

The Condo Itself was clean and updated. The Complex was very well-maintained. The Pool and Hot tub are clean and very well maintained. We had a great time on our trip because our accommodations were refreshing.

Perfect Stay

This is the perfect place for a lake getaway. Comfortable, clean, well appointed throughout. Nice view of the lake from the front patio to enjoy in the morning or evening. Janell was absolutely great answering questions in advance of our stay and a couple questions when we arrived. She was very accommodating to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend!!!!

Lovely home with a lake view

We enjoyed the lake view. The house is super clean, beds are comfortable, and host Janell is really helpful and quickly respond to our inquiries. My family and I had a great time staying in here.

Memorial weekend in Havasu

Excellent place to stay. Janell was very easy to communicate with, the house was clean - perfect size and location for what we needed. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a central location, close to the channel and downtown.

Lake Havasu

The property has everything you need, the location is perfect with the most beautiful view of the lake. It was perfect for my husband and my self and our 2 daughters each had their own room. I highly recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend at the lake

We were lucky enough to snag this property for a quick weekend at the lake. Janell was so sweet and great at getting back to me with my questions & even recommended some kid friendly restaurants for us! House was clean and kitchen was well stock with essential to cook with. We loved staying at this property. Janelle has it decorated so cute, its super close to the lake, and has a wonderful view of the lake. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch with coffee in the morning looking at the lake.

Had a great time at this cozy home. Janell is a great host. This home was perfectly set up and she even set the temperature for us prior arriving. The home is located minutes from the water. We look forward to returning for future River time.

Everything about this property was excellent, very comfortable and homelike. Location is great and close to stores and food, view is gorgeous of the Lake. Very enjoyable rental!!
