The house is the perfect location if you want to have a beach vacation. It is only steps away from the beach and water. The views from the balcony are amazing. The outside patio and fire pit are a great place to relax next to the beach with privacy. The house was very clean, well equipped. The hosts Sara and Patrick were very nice and immediately responded to any questions that I had. The house is located very close to many restaurants and places to shop. Our family would definitely stay in the house again!
This house is perfect! Right on the beach, local to shopping and food. We will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for a rental on IRB, look no further.
Our family had a lovely week at this home. Plenty of space, very clean and well kept. The views on the porches are stunning. Property owner is so easy to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend.
This is the 2nd time staying here and I can’t rate the experience any higher! Sara is very quick to respond and is always available if needed. The home is in perfect condition and the location is ideal. The view is why you stay here and you will not be disappointed.
Booked a last minute stay when travel plans changed unexpectedly. The house was beautiful and clean. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach was so nice! It was nice to stay somewhere that didn’t have a bunch of huge condo buildings lining the beach.
Great location & the house is laid out well.
2 Bedrooms 1st floor/ 2 second floor
Lots of stairs, but needed the exercise 😂
Kitchen could use some organizing really
only negative & we managed to find the stuff
we needed. Our 2 weeks flew by. We will definitely
rent this home again. And our host Sara is wonderful.

Very nice beach home.
Very nice home on the beach. Close to all you need to have a great beach vacation. Indian Rock is a very nice beach town. My family visited from Texas and found everyone from the restaurants and local stores to be very nice and friendly.
Sara the owner was so very nice and just minutes away. Thank You again Sara.
I just can't say enough about the house and the view. I would return in heart beat.
We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beachfront home. We are a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The upstairs bedrooms are especially gorgeous! The kitchen is very well-stocked with every kind of appliance or dish/pot/pan you might want. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and the breeze from the tall Adirondack chairs on the main porch. The easy walk through the back yard to the beach was the BEST! We didn't even have to pack a cooler. We set up our shade tent every morning at about 8:30 so that we would have the area in front of our pathway. It is a public beach and that is a good spot. It never felt too crowded, and the lush plantings around the house made it feel very private. We walked to Kooky's frequently for smoothies, sandwiches and ice cream. There are plenty of places to eat, grocery stores and other stores nearby. We saw dolphins and 2 manatees in the warm, clear ocean and did lots of paddle boarding. And the sunsets from the porch were gorgeous! Sara was always available and so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this home!
House is in a great location - beach in the backyard and restaurant/ice cream shop within walking distance. Easy drive to stores and stuff to do. Comfortable home - AC works great and the beds are comfortable. Balconies have great beach views and patio area is very private. Upstairs has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony. Middle level has kitchen/dining, living room, hall bath, laundry and two bedrooms each with two beds. Lower level has garage with half bath and patio access. Patio has chairs, tv, grill and counter area with sink and a private outdoor shower. There is also a hose for rinsing your feet off. Patio has outdoor stairs up to first balcony. Nice beach chairs available. There were beach and bath towels too but not a ton but there is a washer/dryer you can use. Had read about the public beach access next to house but it was fine - it’s only a few parking spots at end of the dead end street. The landscaping makes the back of the house very private. Beach was AMAZING- beautiful sunsets, dolphins, pelicans, sand dollars, calm water… would definitely book this house again!
We were going to Tampa for a concert & turned it into our beach week. The house is located in a great location w/a perfect layout. The two rooms on the main level were perfect for the young adults (18-23).They were able to stay up/out late without disturbing the "old folks".There are two main suites on the second floor which were spacious and afforded beach front views. Both rooms had access to the upstairs balconey. If you have to work, one room has a large office area with gorgeous ocean views. This room had the larger of the two bathrooms. The shower had a rain shower head. Our 20 something adult children, discovered it,so we all enjoyed using this shower! This was the trade off b/t the two suites. The other suite had an ocean view from the bed!The layout of the living area was perfect for us.It had an area for watching tv & a sitting area next to the wall of opening glass doors where you could see the beach/ocean and watch all the stunning sunsets. The large kitchen table was perfect for dining and game nights. The owner has plenty of beach toys and chairs available in the garage area.Access to the beach was awesome.Literally less than a minute from patio to beach chair. The sadness was outdoor shower could only be used for rinsing. No products. The property manager greeted us when we arrived and was readily available if we had any questions/concerns.Thank you Patrick!Plenty of places to walk to to eat.Kooky Cocunut steps from house w/authentic cuban sandwiches-yum.Great beach week!
We would rate our stay as average because we felt the positives and negatives were equal. The positives were pretty much all outside the home. It is a house on the beach in FL when we needed a vacation from winter so that was a start. The location overall is good with short drives or bike rides to several good restaurants, grocery, etc. The Kooky Coconut is a block away so very convenient for ice cream, sandwiches, and other quick food. It was nice to have our own backyard when we wanted to be outside but not on the beach. Lastly, the view from the lower balcony is great and is where we spent a lot of time. The negatives were a mix of inside and outside. The home is as pictured but I wouldn't call it "luxury" by any means as the description says. It did feel fairly dated and definitely needs a new couch in the living room as it is old and very uncomfortable. There were fruit flies in every room of the house which was not cool. I mentioned it to the owner and she said she just found out about it from the cleaning crew the day before I arrived. Also, she did offer to have someone come out but the last thing I want to deal with on vacation is pest control and fumigation. Lastly, the public beach access and parking lot being right outside the front door was crazy. Cars and people coming and going all day, able to see in the backyard and hang out in front of the house.
There definiltey needs to be more done for privacy but won't change the traffic.

Terrible Customer Service, Misleading Information and No Security Deposit Back!
I had to contact the owner about checking in, two days before we were due to get there, and I had to research directions to the house,as none were provided.
When I got home from the trip,I received a rude email from the owner, claiming all kinds of damage to the house and that we would not be getting our security deposit. There was no outside grill (despite it being listed in the amenities) and the garage bathroom was dirty before we got there, yet somehow it was our fault. We were asked twice (once by cleaning staff member and once by owner) if we would like to leave early! It made the check out process even more stressful. There was no broom, dust pan,mop or vacuum to clean the place, yet we were accused of leaving the place filthy. Sheets were already dirty, but it was our fault. Another issues was the recyclables. It did not appear there was collection the week we were there because it fell on New Year's Day, but we were scolded for that as well. We straightened the place and made sure everything was in its place, emptied the fridge and took out garbage. Apparently we had too much garbage, and we accused of not taking it out, which we had. A family of five plus two adults generates garbage.
The house is located at a beach access point, making it very busy and not private. It was difficult because of all the cars to leave or get in the driveway. At one point, there was a beach goer sitting on our front step! This house was not kid friendly, with glass everywhere, and supposedly we damaged a fish collectible. Yet another accusation I do not understand.
We have rented homes in NC,Hawaii and Fl and never had an experience like this. We had a ridiculously long day because of traveling delays and it was very distressing to read the accusatory, demeaning email from the owner. I am fairly certain the owner did not check out the property, and was going solely on the word of the staff.
We recently stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks and had the most wonderful trip! The house is exactly as pictured and described and was very well stocked. We had a baby with us and there were lots of toys supplied and even a baby gate and pack'n play that we could use! The kitchen was well stocked and the house had the most beautiful view and sunset imaginable. I lost a very sentimental necklace when I was there and Patrick went above and beyond do find it for me in a vacuum cleaner and mailed it to me. We don't have enough wonderful things to say about this place and hope to go back next year!
Our family vacations in this area every summer, we are a family with young children. This house is amazing. Beautiful views. The patios & back yard spaces were our favorite places to be unless we we were on the beach. It is fully stocked with basic toiletries to get your stay started. The house comes with plenty of beach gear. The property manager was very friendly & attentive. The only unappealing thing, is the front entry doors opened right into public parking area, making things a little noisier & busier than we usually like. Lots of in & out traffic & beach crowds. We really enjoyed the back yard space in the evenings while we were winding down from the beach & prepping dinner. It is very convenient to get on & off the island. Definitely try the Kooky Coconut on the corner, it's tasty!
Beautiful property. Easy rental process. Everything you need and then some. Perks are it is steps from the beach and the Kooky Coconut. Location next to public beach access and parking was challenging at times as beach goers used the front steps to the house to sit on and the small drive to turn around in due to limited space to load and unload beach items. This resulted in headlights shining in the front door of the house every evening and one morning some empty plastic bottles out front. Beach never seemed overly crowded as people came and went frequently.
My wife and I took our son and daughter and their families for a week at Indian Rocks Beach. The home was beyond what we believed it would be. Sara and Patrick were great Hosts and were there for anything we needed.
Great Location, Great House, Great Family Memories
Our family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children - ages 6-7), stayed for a week, and we had a memorable vacation at this house. We had plenty of room, best views and easiest access to the beach. The house was clean, great condition and plenty of amenities. We walked to multiple great restaurants and ice cream shop. And Sara was great and we knew she was readily available in case we needed to communicate (+ a backup). We definitely recommend, 5 stars all around.
All sunset views were different, so try no to miss them!!!
