We had a great stay, the property is well maintained, clean, with plenty of space.
Easy access to the lake & free bus available in July and August which is a real bonus as the traffic & parking in annecy is challenging.
Would definitely recommend
The host is very welcoming and responsive. The communal part of the apartment is spacious with many patio doors leading to the enclosed outdoor area. Everything is in perfect working order and the utility room is an added bonus. The property looks less attractive in reality than it does on the website but is perfectly functional. Note there are no toilets in the ensuites and the televisions are in each bedroom rather than in the communal area.
Appartement rénové très (trop) moderne, propre, bien équipé, mobilier design (peu confortable), excellente literie, idéal pour des personnes jeunes en court séjour qui apprécient la vie en noir et blanc. Pour séjour plus long, se révèle inconfortable, peu convivial, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Pourrait être bien mieux mis en valeur avec quelques décos et un jardin bien entretenu et fleuri. Quelques réserves également quant à l'accueil un peu rapide et mal préparé. Dommage pour une région qui mérite bien mieux.
Great communication from start to finish, Sandrine was friendly and helpful throughout our trip.
Lovely apartment, as advertised, very comfortable and had all we needed. Located in town so very near bakers, supermarkets, ski hire. 30 min drive to local le Semnoz to ski or about an hour to le grand Bornand, where we skied several times and did night skiing too.
Great place for a week away with the family.

I felt in love with the area, its landscape over the lake and mountains. I love the old medieval town of Annecy but probably even more the natural surroundings, and all the possible activitie that make that place unique. Each season offers stunning views. I really love the outdoor possibilities here, that change all over the years : stroll, walks, ski, canoe, water skiing, swimming, paragliding...

Why they chose this property
This accommodation used to be my home. It is spacious. Set along the lakeside, with outdoor seating. This is a luxury to be so closed to the water.
. 500m from the waterfront that the local people proudly call the "lagoon" because the water is shallow and has this very impressive turquoise color when the sun is shining.
. 250 m from the cycling path, ideal for strolls (walks, rollerblade, bikes...)
. next to all commodities (bakery, supermarket, restaurant, butcher, cheese shop, cycling ) and bus stop
. 10 min from the old town of Annecy
