Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - A sleeping area at height for teenagers, not suitable for children under 7 years old (access by ladder) without velux window but a window overlooking empty living room with a double mattress placed on the floor + A single mattress placed on the ground - Courtyard and sunny terrace with garden furniture - private parking - Housekeeping for the tenant.
