Apartment "HOUAT" on the ground floor with terrace facing south quietly located in a small residence 100 meters from Thalassotherapy, beaches and coastal paths. Very bright, perfect for 4 people, the accommodation consists of a bedroom with twin beds, a living room with a sofa bed, television, wi-fi, open kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Large enclosed common green area and parking.
Very well located at the tip of the peninsula, behind the Thalasso, many beaches are within walking distance to the winds south or bay side and beautiful walks. Also, nearby, an equestrian center, golf, fitness trail and tree climbing.
The center of Quiberon and its Grande Plage is 20 minutes walk by the coast, 5 minutes by car, the nearest supermarket 5 minutes by car. Access to the train station Quiberon: 20 min walk and 5 min by car. The municipal pool with Jacuzzi and steam room 10 min walk. Casino / slot machine: 10 min walk
The peninsula is ideal for hikers (GR34) and cyclists (many bike paths and circuits). Beach shuttle in summer and link from Auray station (train in July - August and bus the rest of the year).

Die Ausstattung wirkte sehr zusammengewürfelt und benötigt eine Generalüberholung. Keine richtige Bettwäsche vorhanden. Sonst war alles da, was man braucht.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, nur die Betten gefielen uns nicht. Es gab keine Spannlaken, die Betten verrutschten leicht, es gab keine Bettbezüge, nur ein sehr großes Tuch über beide Betten mit einer etwas undefinierbaren Decke

Très beau logement avec petite terrasse bien ensoleillée et jardin (non-privatif). L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut et il est vraiment bien placé avec une plage a 3 minutes à pieds. Tout s'est passé parfaitement bien, contact facile et réactivité rapide du propriétaire en cas de besoin ou questions.

L’appartement était très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage et très pratique pour rejoindre le centre ville ou l’école de voile, L’appartement était également parfaitement équipé et le jardin est un vrai plus pour déjeuner ou dîner dehors ! Je recommande sans hésiter

Excellent séjour à Quiberon

Appartement en rez de chaussée très bien aménagé et au calme. On se sent comme à la maison. A 200 mètres de la mer et des chemins de randonnée. De belles balades, on ne se lasse pas du paysage.
