Atemberaubende Aussicht

Das Appartement war wie beschrieben sehr gut gelegen und hatte eine wundervolle Aussicht. Es war sauber, auch wenn einige „Ecken“ eine Renovierung vertragen könnten. Rundum tolle Ausstattung im Küchen Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour grâce à la position centrale de la résidence et la vue imprenable sur la baie de Carnac. Dommage que nous ayons découvert le nombre de marches à gravir avec les valises une fois sur place.

Très sale !

Nous avons été très déçu de l’état de propreté et de vétusté de l’appartement. Allergique à la poussière, nous avons vécu l’enfer. La vue est imprenable certes, mais c’est le seul point positif de l’appartement. Les condiments étaient vide, un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 4 jours à 4 personnes, pas de sac poubelle ... La saleté reste le point le plus compliqué, les joints moisis de la douche en témoignent, les taches non identifiées sur les alaises des lits, et des mouchoirs et autres chaussettes ensanglanté retrouvé sous les lits, à peine un mot d’excuse de la propriétaire qui insistera fortement sur le ménage malgré tout à notre départ. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas.

Propriétaire ou gestionnaire e rantipathique

La veille de l’arrivée toujours aucune instruction. J’envoie un sms pour avoir des infos, réponse de la propriétaire ou gestionnaire : « normalement je serai là » !!! Super !! Le lundi elle se décide à envoyer les instructions car évidemment elle ne sera pas présente. Le vendredi soir elle nous rappelle par sms toujours qu’il faut faire le ménage et la prévenir de notre départ. Nous découvrons le samedi matin par hasard qu’il y avait une clé pour le local à poubelle. Nous lui envoyons un sms à 11h15 pour lui dire que nous partons, car cette personne qui vit à Carnac ne se déplace pas non plus le samedi matin. Pas de réponse. Et à 13h15, je découvre dans ma boîte mail qu’elle nous réclame une pénalité de 80€ parce que l’appartement serait très sale !! Quel foutage de gueule !! Quel mépris et quel manque de respect. Tout ça sans nous avoir envoyé un seul mot depuis notre message de départ. Et tout ça alors que c’est faux ! Nous avons rendu cet appartement propre !! Scandaleux. Ce n’est pas un comportement tolérable. Qu’elle change de métier ou qu’elle délégue. Nous lui avons laissé un message vocal samedi vers 14h pour qu’elle nous rappelle et nous explique, 24h après toujours pas de nouvelles. Quel courage !! Sinon l’appartement est moyen mais dispose d’une très belle vue.

de superbes vacances

Idéalement situé et une vue à couper le souffle: le mer sous nous yeux, rien que pour nous. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Cuisine et salle de bain pas moderne mais très propres. Seul point à ne pas négliger: 5ème étage sans ascenseur. Merci

Gute Unterkunft mit schlechter Kommunikation

Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren wir allgemein zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Bei der Abreise allerdings wollte ich per SMS mit der Vermieterin kommunizieren, um festzulegen, wo die Schlüssel zu platzieren sind. Daraufhin kam aber keine Rückmeldung, wir sind dann einfach abgereist, was wohl in Ordnung war. Nach der Abreise fiel mir auf, dass ich meine elektrische Zahnbürste vergessen hatte. Auf die Anfrage hin ob ein Versand dieser bei Übernahme der Kosten möglich wäre, kam wiederum keine Antwort. Sehr schade.

Vue époustouflante !

Nous avons surtout apprécié cet appartement pour son emplacement idéal et sa vue à couper le souffle ! Les équipements sont un peu vétustes mais pour un séjour court, ça ne nous a pas posé de problèmes. 5ème étage sans ascenseur ; il vaut mieux avoir de bons mollets ;-) Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vue incroyable mais appartement vétuste

Salle de bains hors d'âge, propreté très aléatoire, literie ancienne, poignées de portes rouillées. L'accueil se fait "en autonomie" pour éviter toute explication en direct. De gros travaux seraient les bienvenus. En revanche, vue superbe et incroyable. La plage est calme et inoubliable, et à 10 m à pieds.

situation exceptionnelle

L'appartement est bien agencé pour une famille, commerces et activités à proximité. La localisation au bout de la plage est parfaite pour passer une semaine au rythme des marées et des couchers de soleil.
