Solana Beach Condo

Photos show mini-split AC's in master bedroom and living room. However, remote controls to these were not provided. A floor mounted AC was provided in the living room which worked ok. It wasn't very hot but being right on the beach, it was humid. I had to go back and check the listing and it did not list AC as an amenity. Other than that, great location, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Family summer getaway

This was exactly what we were looking for. Perfect location, clean, nicely appointed. Great beach access, tennis, pool, hot tub. Tons to do all within a short distance. The unit was a perfect size for a family of four, with a great kitchen and 2 full baths. Natalie was communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here for a perfect retreat.

Wonderful stay in Solana Beach!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Natalie's VRBO in Solana Beach. I've outlined our experience below: 1. The place was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we could ever need. 2. When I had questions, Natalie responded quickly. 3. The furniture, beds, and pillows were extremely comfortable. Even the outdoor furniture was comfy! 4. The air conditioning was not working but Natalie had a portable unit that cooled off the place nicely on the only warm day we had. The second bedroom has no windows, but the fans kept our daughter cool enough in there. 5. There are two bathrooms with excellent water pressure in the showers. Neither bathroom was attached to the primary bedroom, but that didn't bother us. 6. It was nice to have premium channels for those cozy bad-weather days. 7. The unit was stocked with high-quality and comfortable beach chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella, and tennis rackets and balls. We enjoyed playing tennis during our stay. 8. We wanted to play pool or ping-pong because those tables were provided at the complex, but there are no paddles, cues, or balls provided by the resort. This is the only criticism of our stay. I wish there was a way to check out such equipment. 9. The location is wonderful. We walked to restaurants and shops. The 129 steps down to the beach (yes, I counted!) brought us down to the ocean with miles of great walking in either direction. 10. The grounds are beautifully kept. In summary, we would stay there again. Thanks, Natalie!

Spectacular Ocean Front View!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach and Tennis Club! We have stayed in many units in this complex and this is our favorite! It has spectacular ocean front views and the unit is clean and well stocked with everything you need! Natalie goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and fun stay! Beachfront paradise!

I can not say enough about this beautiful condo and especially about its owner, Natalie! Natalie was amazing from the very beginning when I had inquiries, and through the entire booking process and during our stay. She was very speedy in responding to me, and so helpful in all areas. Modern Condo with a Beautiful View

The host was awesome! She responded to all my questions within minutes. The condo was clean and modern. The view from our deck was second to none overlooking the ocean! The grounds had tennis, a pool and 2 jacuzzis, plenty of great places to eat and hike nearby!! Loved it!!
