One-bedroom apartment of 376 sq ft. Located on the 4th floor (the elevator serves the 3rd floor). Very well decorated. There is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The living room includes a TV, air conditioning, and an open kitchen with a microwave/oven, washing machine, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and more.
It is located just 8 minutes from the Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette and beaches. All shops are located downstairs: bank, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, and even a delicious Italian restaurant. Guests with vehicles can park their cars (for an additional fee) in a parking lot a 1-minute walk away, called "Parking Vauban."
