The villa is located in a private street, less than 1min walking to croisette boulevard in a very quiet residence, close to any conveniences (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery...),
Beaches and also Port Canto are very close (1min walking)
You can find some space to park in the domain (private street) but not inside the property.
This is a walking distance to all the Cannes attractions, palaces, restaurants, casinos... Antibes is 10-15 min by car, Nice 30 min, Monaco 45 min, Saint Tropez about 1 hour.
