Located in a luxury residence of two floors with caretaker, this apartment of about 50m2 offers an equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge, a living room with two beds opening onto a terrace not overlooked, facing south , as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom and separate WC. Many closets, ski closet, private laundry with washing machine and dryer, secure parking in the basement. Sauna and games room in the residence.
