Located in Santa Clara, within the Ocotillo Springs Resort, this home is any type of vacationer's paradise. With quick access to multiple national parks, amazing resort amenities, and golf a short drive away; you will never have a dull moment while at Poolside Villa!

This newly built 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome is conveniently located behind the community pool, with views of Red mountain. Poolside villa can comfortably sleep 10 guests, or up to 14 guests with the assistance of 4 twin roll out sleeping pads. Enjoy the quiet of the morning, sipping on a cup of coffee on your private balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise. Spend your days relaxing and swimming at the resort style pool. Take a day trip to one of the many National or State Parks nearby. Enjoy the beautiful scenery while taking a walk along one of the many walk/bike paths right out your front door. You will love cooking meals that everyone will enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen. Challenge each other to a ping pong tournament in the garage or any of the games on Xbox 1 upstairs! After the end of a long day in the sun, barbeque and relax with a cold drink in hand, out on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Timeless memories are waiting to be made at Poolside Villa!

Great place for family

We came for a weekend getaway. Met up with kids from college and had plenty of room for all to hang out before heading back home.

We loved our place! Our only complaint would be it was a little bit cold in the condo. According to a message we got we were not allowed to mess with the air. However we were a little cold. Loved everything else and appreciate it!!

House was overall very good. It does need a deep cleaning(carpets, appliances, toilets, etc.). House was not very well stocked, not enough pans, plates/bowls, glasses, no tin foil, plastic wrap etc.

Our kids had a blast!

Fun stay for our kids while traveling for a baseball tournament. The kids loved the bunk room, gaming system, pool, and activities in the pool house. The property was beautifully designed and maintained. We will keep this property in mind for future visits to the area.

Being only steps from the community pool, and minutes away from Snow Canyon State Park this property was ideal for my family. It was clean and spacious. Will stay here again.

Comfortable with convenient pool access

As advertised, this location has a deck that looks right at the pool, which is very convenient when watching kids. Spaces in the unit were larger than what I have experienced in similar settings. The two 3-high bunk beds were great for our family and would have made for a fun setting with our kids cousins, had we been able to bring them along. Note that you can hear the pool from the master suite, which means you hear the water running from the slide as you are falling asleep and waking up. Also, one night, there were some older teens at the pool who were being predictably loud late into the night until someone got up the courage to let them know that pool hours end at 11pm.

This place is BEAUTIFUL! It’s a new build so it’s extremely nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our big family. The kids loved it. Great location too! Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool area was so fun for our kids. Owners were very responsive. The best part is the pool is right outside the back patio doors so it’s like it’s in your backyard! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was wonderful!

We had a blast at the pool and playing pickleball. The condo was big enough to hold 2 families! Communication was excellent with renters. We would stay here again!

3rd time staying here

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at this unit, in the past year, with great experiences the first two times; this time was quite different. When we went to bed the first night we found out that the master bed was broken and only one person could sleep on it. I had to sleep on the couch that night as all the other beds were taken. That same night a construction crew showed up across the street and began working at 2:30 am and then started pouring concrete at 4:00 am. It work up half of our family and we were not able to go back to bed till 7 am; it was a long night. We did send a video of the construction crew, and the noise they were causing, to the management team and we got a response of "we were not informed of any construction scheduled so we will let the owners know about this". No follow up of any kind about how this might have disrupted our sleep or stay. Regarding the bed, I did have to follow up twice before it was resolved. Overall I don't think we received a fair return for the price we paid of this trip.

Loved it, but the best part was the property manager. they checked with me multiple times to make sure I was all set to get there, that I was good once there and that chekout went smooth. Ive never had that kind of service and it was great. HIGHLY RECCOMEND
