“The house is situated in a small condo on a hill overlooking the sea and city with amazing views. It is located at Vallpineda, a gated, exclusive and quiet residential area, 10 min away from the beaches and city center by car. There is also a convenient bus service every 20 minutes.
The house has a spacious and has a comfortable living and dinning room, integrated with a modern kitchen with drinks area. Internal garden and ample doors to the terrace and outside garden completes the harmonious first floor space. On the second floor the master bedroom (50m2) has a king size bed (180X200), spacious in suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the sea and the city. The other two bedrooms have views and access to the back gardens, the swimming pool and tennis court (shared). A second bathroom completes the setup. One bedroom has a queen bed (160X200) and the other has two single beds (90X200) reversible to a comfortable king size bed (180x200). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and cabinets.
The swimming pool (shared and not heated) is the biggest in Sitges, with amazing views to the green mountains of the Garraf Natural Park and the vineyards. Both the pool and the tennis court are for exclusive use of the few neighbors of the condo, mostly empty even during summer vacations. It is surrounded by ample grassed spaces with some nice shadows under the big threes.
Due to its location on top of a hill, the house is very airy and fresh, even in summer, thanks to a constant breeze from the sea that makes this property very enjoyable. The silence and quietness of this neighbourhood is also remarkable. Located at 1,8km (10 min by car) from the beaches and city center, it is a good choice for those who want to be close but at same time away from the city noise and hustle.
The neighbourhood is served by a very convenient bus line that links with the town's center, supermarkets and train station every 20 min. It's also served by taxis with very reasonable fares.
We are a retired couple and this is our home were we live and share with selected guests for a few weeks during summer".
