17th-century family manor house, 400 m2, for real relaxation in the countryside

Live differently, out of time, away from the crowds, for a week or more, in a family manor nestled in a quiet hamlet, in the valley of the Claie.

The tranquility and beauty of the place, the charm of the house, bright, open on all sides on the lush park of 1 ha and the surrounding hilly countryside, surrounded by its stone outbuildings, will seduce the true lovers of mansions and other old houses.
It should be noted, however TRANSPARENT, that some aspects of comfort may be considered too rustic or summary by those seeking modern kitchens or modern bathrooms or other villas at the forefront of current standards. The kitchen has not been redone yet, the two photos attached show a real and objective state of the place. It works, but paints, plasters and ceilings have not been renovated ... However, it benefits from a new water point, a new large fridge / freezer, a new cooking piano, with oven. there is a dishwasher, also nine, and all necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery will be made available.
The mansion offers 3 large bedrooms (25 m2, 30 m2 and 60 m2), two of them offer a bed of 160 x 200, the third (60 m2) offers a bed of 140 x 190 and can eventually accommodate a small bed additional on request.
The house has only a bathroom (bath / shower, double sink, toilet) upstairs, clean and functional.


The manor accomodates 6 people, for a stay of a minimum duration of 2 WEEKS the months of July and August. Well-educated pets are welcome. The mansion is not suitable for young children, because the windows of the 1st floor do not have guardrails.
Linens, sheets and duvets are provided.
Wifi, two TVs.
Departure cleaning NOT INCLUDED in the price.

Vannes and the Gulf of Morbihan are 20km away, 25 minutes drive, and the beaches of the Ocean, Carnac, La Trinité sur Mer, Locmariaquer 40 minutes by easy traffic routes. The first shops are 5 km away.
The manor is an ideal base to also discover the green tourism of the moors of Lanvaux (excursions, green way, towpaths) and the villages of character (Josselin, Lizio, Rochefort in Earth ...)

Voyage dans le temps

Les vacances ont été excellentes. Tout a fonctionné parfaitement et le propriétaire (merci!!!) a été très aimable et attentif à tout moment, il a très bien organisé les choses et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Un voyage non seulement dans l'espace, mais aussi dans le temps. Le manoir permet de retrouver le calme et la lenteur du temps, ce que notre société a perdu. Chaque coin de la maison est chargé d'histoire et invite à la lecture, à la contemplation, à la rencontre et à la discussion détendue. Regarder dehors à travers les nombreuses fenêtres permet à l'esprit de voyager et les après-midi dans les hamacs sous les arbres permettent de retrouver la capacité d'écouter et d'observer la nature. A proximité, à quelques kilomètres, de véritables trésors sont à visiter, témoignages culturels d'autres époques. Les plages, à une trentaine de kilomètres, etaient à notre disposition, mais mieux vaut visiter en dehors du week-end. Sans aucun doute, une destination que nous aimerions répéter.

Schönes Herrenhaus mitten in der Natur

Wir haben eine Woche in dem wir wunderschönen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und ruhig gelegenen alten Herrenhaus mit unseren drei (fast)erwachsenen Kindern (17, 21 und 23) verbracht.Trotz starker Hitze war es in dem Haus angenehm kühl. Auf der Wiese hinter dem Haus zu sitzen ist einfach idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit zu erreichen gewesen und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung und des Golf de Morbihan gegeben. Wir fühlten uns bestens betreut. Unvergesslich schöne Tage

Nach einer kurzen kompetenten Einführung haben wir das wunderschöne, naturnahe Anwesen erkundet, das bei jeder Wettersituation (35°C im Schatten bzw. starke Windboen) einen angemessenen Platz zum Erholen bot. Drinnen verleihen die Antiquitäten dem Haus einen besonderen Charme, der dieses Haus als Feriendomizil im Besonderen kennzeichnet. Die Wohnküche und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem sehr schönen Blick in die Natur laden zum Verweilen an Regentagen ein. Insgesamt ist alles vorhanden, was man während des Aufenthaltes an praktischen Utensilien benötigt. In der Umgebung gibt es einen sehr französischen Ort mit sehr guten Lebensmitteln für den täglichen Alltag. Der Vermieter stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns wertvolle Hinweise gegeben, sodass es insgesamt ein sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub war, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.

Un lieu paisible et majestueux

Nous avons séjourné en famille une semaine en juillet dans ce beau manoir. L'endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer : pas un bruit, un immense parc aux arbres centenaires et un accès facile au golfe du Morbihan. La bâtisse est renovée avec de beaux matériaux, est impeccablement propre et visiblement meublée avec soin et passion (mention spéciale pour la jolie vaisselle et la literie moelleuse, pour ne pas citer le reste). La salle de bain reste peut-être à rénover mais est parfaitement fonctionnelle. Bref, départ à regret !

Un lieu d'exception!

Notre séjour à Plaudren fut un réel enchantement! Ce lieu plein de caractère est tout particulièrement beau, acceuillant et très paisible . La nature environnante est magnifique! Les amateurs de faune et de flore y seront heureux. Nul besoin d'aller ailleurs pour y faire promenades et observations. La côte est proche et belle mais le manoir et ses environs ont amplement suffi à notre bonheur. L'atmosphère de la maison est celle d'un lieu aimé et choyé où l'on se sent particulièrement bien en dépit de sa taille majestueuse. Le mobilier magnifique et l'architecture du manoir sont une invitation à la rêverie pour qui aime l'Histoire et la littérature! Son propriétaire est un homme charmant. Il est à l'écoute, toujours joignable et très sensible au bien-être de ses locataires. Ce fut pour nous (adultes et jeunes adultes!) une découverte exceptionnelle, nous recommandons vivement cette location où nous avons bien l'intention de retourner. Un immense merci Monsieur J.! Christine, Simon, Julie, Jeremy et Léa.

Exceptionnel

Exceptionnel. Par le cachet du bâtiment et de l'ameublement, jusqu'à la vaisselle et aux couverts. Par le volume du bâtiment et la superficie de la propriété (clôturée, ce qui est bien pratique pour le chien, mais aussi avec ... des arbres superbes). Par le calme (il m'est arrivé plusieurs fois, particulièrement le soir, d'écouter ... le silence). Par son salon de lecture, avec une vue superbe (et aussi quelques bonnes vieilles bd - Tintin, Astérix, les Bidochons). Propriétaire, avec qui nous avons eu des contacts essentiellement par courriel, très gentil (nous avons été accueillis sur place par un "gardien", très gentil lui aussi) et ayant fourni un tas de renseignements sur les choses à faire. Très bons commerces (2 boulangeries-pâtisseries, 2 boucheries-charcuteries-traiteurs, 1 épicerie) à quelques minutes en voiture. En cherchant bien, un petit défaut, mais chacun a sa jauge en la matière : entre 40 et 60 minutes pour rejoindre les différents endroits "phares" selon les embarras de circulation mais c'est tout à fait acceptable au vu des avantages qui précèdent. En une semaine, nous avons visité Brocéliande (décevant), le château de Suscinio (très intéressant, et chien admis), Rochefort-en-terre (seul moment de la semaine où il a plu, il y avait donc moins de monde), l'île d'Arz (sympa), Locmariaquer (belles plages), Largoët (je conseille le "jeu-énigme" proposé en sus de l'entrée, nous y avons passé 2 bonnes heures) Josselin (joli château et joli centre-ville). Et il y avait encore plein de choses à faire.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de notre séjour au manoir de Kersouble. Les conditions d'hébergement sont exceptionnelles, l'accueil impeccable, l'environnement procure une tranquillité sans pareille. Herrlicher Ort

Leben wie im Schloss - herrlicher Ort, phantastischer riesiger Garten, absolute Ruhe, wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schlösser sind alt und unvollkommen - genau, was wir gesucht hatten. Wer absolute Perfektion erwartet, der soll in einen all inclusive Club gehen, nicht in ein altes bretonisches Herrenhaus. Wer aber den Charme des Besitzers und seines Hauses genießen will, der ist hier richtig aufgehoben! Wir empfehlen es sehr!
