Villa "Le Latanier Bleu" located south of the island, in a quiet and green setting on the heights of Saint-Pierre with a view of the mountains and Le Piton des Neiges.
Villa located about 15 minutes from the beach, you will enjoy both the charm of a modern and comfortable house with swimming pool and its large wooded courtyard ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located close to all amenities (shops, banks, restaurants ...) you can quickly go to the main attractions of the island (the volcano, beaches, the Wild South, waterfalls, museums ...).
The villa "Le Latanier Bleu" is composed of 6 air-conditioned double bedrooms including a master suite, a lounge area with a smart TV, wifi, a large veranda overlooking the pool, an outdoor kitchen, 2 barbecue, a games room with billiards, a large courtyard with trees and a swing. Linens, towels, beach towels and bleaching are included in the price. The cot is provided on request.
Quiet and relaxing, thank you to respect the neighborhood during your evenings (noise) especially after 22H30.

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour au latanier bleu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont d'une très grande gentillesse. Très attentionnés mais discrets. Un grand merci à Nathalie et à Frédéric que nous reverrons avec grand plaisir.

très belle villa

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette villa de rêve. La maison est retirée ce qui offre une paisibilité sans nom. La terrasse avec piscine est arborée de palmier et d'un grand terrain donne vraiment l'impression d'être seul, alors que l'on était à peine à 10 mon en voiture du centre ville. La maison est vraiment bien agencée, avec 6 chambres doubles les enfants ont été ravie d'avoir chacun leur chambre avec un grand lit et pour mon bébé j'avais un petit lit dans le dressing de notre chambre parentale qui lui permettait d'avoir lui aussi sa propre chambre; c'était vraiment super et rassurant d'avoir le petit si près sans qu'il pense dormir avec papa et maman pendant 15 jours. Le top était d'avoir les deux cuisines (une intérieur et une extérieur) parce que en étant si nombreux il faut de grosses gamelles et les deux cuisinières n'ont pas était de trop. Les propriétaires étaient vraiment très gentils et disponible. Le seul petit bémol à ce voyage dans cette villa a été le manque d'un robot pour nettoyer la piscine. Sinon rien a redire. Allez y les yeux fermés et vous passerez des vacances en toutes tranquillités.
