Excellent location for entry to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet neighborhood, but could still hear the elk bugle. Although we did not have reason to contact property managers, they did leave texts that were informative should we have needed anything, but were not at all intrusive.
Property was as advertised and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and loved being in this convenient location.

The stay was fine, I prefer a little more privacy and truly wasn’t expecting how small it was. Very high priced for how small and little there was to offer for it, the year prior I stayed in a cabin twice as big with more amenities for about 600 less. Will say we lost something very important to us and the help we got was pretty y good so the customer service in that aspect was good. Just seems a little pric ehh for what you get.tThe lack of privacy was a little rough too. Just kind of weird.
Comfortable, quiet getaway. Just what we needed.
Cabin 5 could use a little TLC( window blinds broken, sofa not very comfortable) but overall very clean and we enjoyed the time spent there.
A big thank you to the people for notifying us about items left behind.
Most important to me, the cabin was very clean and had comfortable beds. Due to it being a typical cabin built several decades ago, it was a little on the small side, but worked well for 3 adults. Kitchen was small, but well stocked with cooking gear. No A/C, but fans supplied for both bedrooms made it very comfortable. I also enjoyed the outdoor furniture. We would definitely stay again.
Our stay was nice. Incredibly convenient location to the park and great response from management when needing assistance. Property could use a little TLC but good for the convenience and price.
We very much enjoyed our stay in the cabin at beautiful Estes Park. It was wonderful seeing the deer and other wildlife. The cabin was cozy, and we enjoyed being able to cook on the grill.
We had such a fun stay at this cabin! The cabin was very clean and the heat worked great. There were wild turkeys and deer outside the cabin in the morning which was fun to see! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
The Triple R Cottage #5 was an outstanding little cabin. You have to remember its a cabin! However, the bedding and towels made me feel like we were in a spa!!! The thickest towels ever and the cotton sheets felt like silk! We tend to rent units that have kitchens because I do love to cook. The pans in the kitchen were wonderful! Plenty of hot water for showers! The resort was very quiet and it was so close to the entrance of RMNP. Loved the wildlife coming by the cabin...turkeys, elk, and mule deer. Very easy check-in also!
We had a great stay here. The first day there was no hot water. I called and they had it fixed within the hour. Very impressive. We had everything we needed, and even had a deer looking in our bedroom window in the morning. Peaceful and beautiful.
The location is perfect. It's quite with lots if trees. Close to town and the country. The cabin was cozy and warm. Not having a huge cleaning deposit made it alot more affordable.
