Wonderful apartment of 60 square meters. again with panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint Florent. It composed of a large double bedroom with large window and sea view, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a living room with an open kitchen with an oven, stove and refrigerator. In the living room features a table for 6 people, LCD TV screen TV and a sofa that can accommodate two people. The strength of the house is the large terrace of 45 sqm. It surrounded by beautiful nature and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint Florent, the vineyards below and the mountains.

A taste of tranquility

The property is in a beautiful peaceful area with amazing views of sea and vineyards. Tastefully furnished . Comfortable bed and superb shower . A very relaxing stay.

10min walk from seaside you stay calm in a perfect house with wonderful view to the sea and the mountains of cap corse! In Saint Florent you will find everything you need for good holydays!

Outstanding place to stay

This was our second stay in this apartment and this time we stayed for 2 weeks, which shows our appreciation for this location and the apartment. It is wonderfully quiet, very well equipped, great AC for when needed, a very handy location and a superb boulangerie and market just down the hill. Recommend without hesitation.

Wunderschön 😍

Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Woche in Saint-Florent. Das Appartement war perfekt. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und der Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer - unbezahlbar. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert !

Diese Ferienwohnung können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen,der Ausblick ist wunderschön,morgens bei Sonnenschein auf der Terasse frühstücken und abends bei Sonnenuntergang das Abendessen auf der Terasse geniessen. Diese Wohnung bietet alles,was man sich für einen Traumurlaub auf Korsika wünschen kann.

Un nid douillet face à une vue à couper le souffle

Le logement est très bien situé. La vue est tout simplement extraordinaire. En cette période de canicule, les deux climatiseurs ont été appréciés. La grande chambre était agréable et spacieuse. La seconde chambre avec les lits superposés est vraiment petite. La cuisine mériterait d’avoir un plan de travail plus grand. La salle de bain est spacieuse et agréable. Bref, si vous cherchez un logement à saint Florent, n’hésitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu.

vue superbe

Location au calme au milieu des vignes, exposition nord, en haut d'une petite colline, tout près du joli bourg de Saint Florent. Son atout c'est la vue, splendide , à la fois sur les montagnes et la mer, avec le spectacle des couchers de soleil, de sa terrasse. Terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée avec une partie abritée Une demi heure à pied ou cinq minutes en voiture du bourg en longeant la mer. Location bien équipée . Manque juste pour griller une plancha ou un barbecue électrique.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé. Literie confortable. Mention spéciale pour la grande terrasse et la vue sublime. Petit bémol sur la production d’eau chaude un peu juste si plus de 2 personnes. Nous recommandons vivement !

Superb Apartment !

This was simply one of the best apartments we have stayed in in our many years of coming to Corsica. It was very nicely and simply decorated, very well equipped with excellent AC, a great terrasse as the photos show with a beautiful view of the neighboring vineyards. The boulangerie and petite marché down at the bottom of the hill were really good, very handy after a return from trekking in the Agriates. On our last day we had breakfast in the boulangerie and it was perfect. The parking for the car within the complex was also excellent and we would recommend a car or a bicycle.

Schönes Reihenhaus-Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Die kleine Ferienhaus-Siedlung ist über eine frisch geteerte Nebenstraße gut zu erreichen. Sie verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz. Das Appartment selber hat eine angenehme Größe mit neu und modern gestaltetem Bad. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt (es ist nicht übermäßig viel Geschirr vorhanden, aber es gibt ja auch keine Spülmaschine ;-)). Die Terrasse ist der Hit: Toller Ausblick aufs Meer, das Tal und die (Wein-)Berge gegenüber. St. Florent ist mit dem Auto in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen und würden wieder dorthinfahren. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat prima geklappt.

Appartement impeccable avec vue magnifique

L'appartement est conforme à sa description. J'ai reçu des informations très claires de simona, avant notre arrivée, pour accéder au logement que nous avons trouvé facilement. La personne en charge de notre accueil était tres sympathique. La terrasse est bien sur le point fort de l'appartement pour sa vue panoramique et sa taille. Étant en partie couverte il est possible d'en profiter à tout moment de la journée. La résidence est très calme. A réserver sans hésiter.

Promesses tenues

La location correspond exactement au descriptif. Emplacement parfait au nord de St Florent (véhicule indispensable). Calme absolu, belle terrasse avec vue, tout confort, très bien équipé. Que dire de plus ? En partant on n'a qu'une envie : y revenir dès que possible.

Tetolla

Een zeer praktisch huis, alles was aanwezig met een voortreffelijk uitzicht. Rustig maar toch relatief dicht bij stad en zee. Het kiezelstrand van Tetolla is properder dan het zandstrand van Saint Florent.
