We enjoyed our stay at this condo, although there were some disappointments. We were disappointed the Jimmy Buffet Margarita Maker wasn't at the condo even tho it was advertised on the listing. There were quite a few outlets that didn't work so it took awhile to find ways to charge our phones and iPads . One bedroom just had a small lamp to light the whole room and none of the other lights worked. We thought we'd have more of a beach view but it wasn't very easy to see the beach from where the condo was. From one corner of the patio you could see then ocean. It was a very clean condo and very cute decor.
The property was very nice and clean. For a family of 6 with 4 kids under 10 everything is centrally located. Condo is near one of the outside pools, the inside pool (perfect to get out of the sun for a couple hours), the onsite restaraunt and the boardwalk to the beach. Check in and communication was perfect!!! We cant wait to visit again!
We loved the area and the security provided! The condo was a good choice. Our only complaints were no sheets were available for the sofa bed, and the refrigerator settings were off and kept freezing the drinks we had in there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again!
Overall we had a great experience. The condo was well kept and had a great view of the beach. The condo had everything we needed, there was no need to bring any other kitchen supplies. Loved the seating on the balcony. If you looking for a great into close to the beach, look no further!
The property was decorated beautifully and very clean. Furnished with everything that was needed. Was disappointed that there was no place to get quarters to do laundry. Extremely nice condo!!
5 stars for location and facilities! Easy walking distance to the beach, pool, Sassy Bass restaurant. Nice side view of the ocean-it’s great to be on the 3rd floor. 4 stars overall because of hair on toilet, dirty margarita machine, stains on sofa. For a week long stay, we did not have enough TP, dishwashing fluid, or garbage bags. We also didn’t have shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Thank you for a great stay for our vacation! We would definitely stay here again!
We visited ft. Morgan at the end of February and quickly found that this area is wonderful to escape the freezing cold temperatures of the upper Midwest. The condo was very warm and inviting. Furniture and bedding was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans to use if you preferred to eat in. The kitchen appliances were in nice shape and the kitchen looked to be newly remodeled. Bill, the manager was very prompt with answers to any questions you may have and a valuable resource for finding all the good “local” eating establishments. We will return for more visits😊
We normally go out to eat every single night at the beach and do all the touristy things. This year we decided to keep it simpler. We wanted a place that was off the beaten path so to say, away from the big crowds. This unit was perfect for our small family with young kids. The check-in process was straightforward with luggage carriers available to carry our things up to the unit on the 3rd floor. The kids had plenty of choices for swimming regardless of the weather. The indoor pool and hot tub area was a great spot when it was raining or if we just needed a break from the sun. The outdoor pools were great for young kids with most of the pool being 4 feet or less. The beach was simply beautiful everytime we went. We enjoyed looking for seashells during the day and crab hunting and fishing at night. The unit had plenty of cookware, plates, and utensils for cooking at the unit. We used the charcoal grills outside several times to cook burgers or steaks or hot dogs. That way our kids could spend more time playing and less time in line waiting forever at a local restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon.
This place is really nice & in a good location. The property is easy to find, yet kind of secluded and gated. Really nice. My biggest concern with a rental is usually cleanliness & this place was clean!! The unit is in the middle of the building, very close to elevator & stairs, and only a short walk to the on-site restaurant (we didn't eat there, but nice to know). The view is mostly the parking lot and neighboring building, but you do see the gulf to the left. Nice balcony.
As pictured, the bathrooms don't have vanity space, so bring your hanging travel bag or whatever you use to organize toiletries. Kitchen was stocked with more things than we needed! It has a Keurig coffee maker.
The only thing we really had trouble with is that the king sized bed is in a relatively small room. The closet is at the side of the bed and has accordion doors, which are typically annoying. We thought it’d be easier just leave them open, but that’s not an option because then the path to the bathroom would be blocked (again, big bed, small room). So in the mornings/evenings we spent a good bit of time fighting with the closet doors & trying to get around each other in that room, and came home with a few bruises from bumping into the footboard. Not a deal-breaker for us, just something to get accustomed to.
Overall a great little place and worked well for us and our 2 kids (8 & 11) during our short stay. Definitley recommend.
This unit was very updated and furnished very well. There were a few minor issues...dishwasher door needs some WD40 or something. Makes an awful noise when you open. The closet doors were difficult to open/close. The biggest issue, however, was the patio door. Cannot lock, cannot close door when outside and very hard to close from the inside. Colored towels would be nice as the white ones had makeup and other stains on the towels. There is no place to sit anything on bathroom sinks. Those are all just minor things, though and we'd stay in this unit again. Very well appointed and stocked with everything you'd need, right down to the pizza slicer!
Update to smart tv .. ice maker didn’t make ice hardly.. sliding door handle was broke. Flapper in master bedroom toilet needs replacing….No real issues at all. Just wanted landlords to be aware.. loved our stay ! Place was beautiful
We loved that it was our own little paradise. It wasn't in a huge building with too many people but it was just big enough. Enjoyed having multiple pools to pick from, a more private type beach, and the bar/restaurant on-site. We'll definitely return!!!
We rented this condo away to stay in while my son played baseball in gulf shores. Had everything we needed. Just a short drive to anything else we were interested in. Enjoyed the location, pool, and beach.
Our family really enjoyed this location. Beach view from our balcony. The condo was clean, well kept, functional, with super cute decor. The complex was also well maintained.
Great experience for first family vacation in Fort Morgan!!
Beautiful property, amazing views, close to the beach and pool! Far enough outside gulf shore to not be in all the hustle, but close enough to easily enjoy all it has to offer as well. Management was always helpful and quick to answer any emails or texts. Loved staying here ❤️ Would definitely rent this property again if available when we are ready for another beach trip 🏝
First time to Gulf shores. We didn’t know what to expect. Bought groceries on the way in because places to “go” are at least 30 minutes away. There is one restaurant on property we did not try it. We WILL be coming back. Great vacation

Why they chose this property
Why this property? It starts with the beach. You can stay anywhere on the Alabama/Florida gulf coast and the water will be a beautiful emerald green and the sand will look like drifting snow. The question comes down to how many people do you want on the beach with you, stopped at the light in front of you and in line at the convenience store? Our resort has one mile of undeveloped and protected beach to the east and the most expensive single family homes on the Alabama Coast to the west. Even during the busiest time of the year it will feel like you've got the place to yourself! If you're a "beach" person and love the old Key West feel, then you've found your home. If you're a "beach town" person and want one cement high rise after another and all that goes with it, well that's what staying in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores is all about. Our guests prefer driving in to enjoy it and leaving it behind when they want to relax.
What makes this property unique
Surrounded by 7,000 acres of National Wildlife Refuge and miles of protected beaches you'll experience what drew native Americans to this peninsula a thousand years before the Spanish discovered the area in 1500. You'll look out on the gulf and see where Admiral Farragut spoke his famous words, "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!" And unlike the native Americans or sailors, you can enjoy our indoor pool facility which includes a sauna, hot tub and steam room in case it rains.
