Parking inside the villa; the house is also connected with a cycle path. Everything nearby. Easily accessible from the port of Olbia through the eastern Sardinian (1 hour drive). Beautiful beaches in the area (Bidderosa, Budoni, Cala Luna) and possibility to make beautiful excursions in the hinterland (Gorges of Sogurropu).

Ein gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus! Es hat an nichts gefehlt, selbst die Betten waren komfortabel. Ruhige, strandnahe Lage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und Hauskeeperin war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Wunderschönes Landhaus

Das freistehende Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Die Hausnummer steht leider nicht am blauen Tor der unteren Straße so sind wir über das Nachbargrundstück von der Straße zum Meer SS129 gekommen. Aber alles kein Problem. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein großer steinener Tisch steht auf der Terrasse, endlich mal kein Plastiktisch!! Das Haus ist groß mit 2SZ und 2 Bädern, eine große Küche mit Wohnzimmer und auch dort ein schöner, stabiler Holztisch!!! Alles top!! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!! Der große Feigenbaum hinterm Haus hat uns mit leckeren Feigen versorgt!! Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto zum Le Barone oder noch ein Stück weiter Richtung Süden "Su Petrusa" weil da die Strandbude besser war und richtiges Geschirr hatte und kein Plastik. Außerdem braucht man keine 5€ Eintritt bezahlen wenn man vor dem Fluß parkt. Der Strand ist ganz nah. Essen waren wir in Orosei im Pasta Pasta, was sehr lecker war aber teuer, trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen, oder an der Hauptstraße zum Meer "Da Mario" war sehr gut! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!! Einzig und allein wäre bei 36°C eine Klimaanlage angenehm. Aber alles geht eben nicht und Ventilatoren sind in jedem Zimmer. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Piera und Mrs. Vanna um die Hauseinführung, die vielen hilfreichen Tipps und die sehr, sehr nett, liebe Art!! Danke schön, ihr seid spitze 👍 Ganz liebe Grüße von der ganzen Familie

Erholsam in Orosei

Cara Antonia, abbiamo apprezzato molto le 2 settimane e ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. La comunicazione con te e Vanna è stata molto facile e piacevole. Poiché la casa su a grande proprietà e la sera un leggero vento rinfrescava l'aria, abbiamo dormito molto bene nonostante il caldo durante il nostro soggiorno. Soggiorno a Nurru

Splendida casa in una proprietà vasta e ben curata, circondata da alberi e oleandri molto belli. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort, molto organizzata e ben tenuta e curata. L'accoglienza al nostro arrivo e il congedo alla partenza sono stati molto cordiali ed efficienti. È una esperienza da ripetersi.

Perfektes Haus

Ideal gelegen zwischen Ortschaft und Meer. Nur die gelegentlichen, viel zu lauten Disko-Veranstaltungen der eigentlich weiter entfernten Hotelanlage stören -vermutlich nur in der Hochsaison- die nächtliche Ruhe.

Perfekt geschnittenes Haus in idealer Lage

Das für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal geshnittene Haus liegt zwischen dem Ort Orosei und dem weitläufigen Strand. Hat man ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung kann man auf die Benutzung eines Autos verzichten, denn sowohl der lokale Versorgungsmarkt als auch die Strände liegen in einer Distanz von weniger als 2km.

potenzialmente perfetta

la casa è in una bella posizione non lontana dal centro dal paese,più bella dal vivo che in foto attrezzata all'interno e molto accogliente..veniamo ai punti dolenti :presenza all'esterno nella zona coperta (Veranda)di molte formiche a causa delle quali risulta invivibile perché per evitare che ci entrassero a casa abbiamo abbondato di pesticidi ...altra carenza l'assenza di wifi che risulta importante visto che alcune linee telefoniche non hanno segnale ,nel complesso la casa è molto bella e sistemando alcuni dettagli sarebbe la casa dei sogni!grazie abbiamo comunque trascorso dei bei giorni di vacanza

Traumhaft

Das Haus (und vor allem der sehr sehr großzügige Garten) sind top! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, es liegt in der landwirtschaftliuch genutzen Umgebung von Orosei. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit, wir haben es allerdings nur einmal zu Fuß "geschafft", mit Kleinkind und allem, was man so für einen Strandaufenthalt braucht, war es uns zu weit. Der Strand von Orosei ist ganz toll. Er geht etwas steil ins Wasser, aber zum Schwimmen ist es super. Und Mitte September ist man bereits beinahe allein...

Fantastica!

La casa é situata in una proprietà molto ampia, con vegetazione varia e bellissima. É molto comoda (noi eravamo 2 adulti e 3 bambini) e ben attrezzata (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tovaglie, utensili, olio, detersivi, ombrelloni), silenziosa. Il portico é strategico, sempre ventilato e vivibile. A poca distanza c'è un supermercato ben fornito. Sono innumerevoli le spiagge e gite da poter organizzare a poca distanza. Insomma un'esperienza da ripetere. Speriamo di poter tornare anche l'anno prossimo.

Schönes Haus für Familien

Großer Garten, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, ruhig und etwas abgelegen zwischen Strand und Ortskern. Auch für Kinder perfekt. Orosei ist ein nettes Dorf mit vergleichweise wenig Tourismus (im Juni). Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radfahren, Ausflüge zu verschiedenen Buchten und Höhlen.

Le vacanze più belle della mia vita!

Siamo stati per tre estati in questa casa.Le foto non rendono la bellezza della casa e del contesto in cui si trova. La tenuta è semplicemente paradisiaca: vicinissima al mare e al centro del paese, ma immersa nella quiete. La casa è nuova e di ottimo gusto: l'enorme veranda su due lati offre un fresco riparo di giorno e uno splendido relax la sera. Un luogo adattissimo a tutti, anche a famiglie con bimbi piccoli, per la tranquillità e l'assenza di pericoli. I Le spiagge nei dintorni sono fra le più belle della Sardegna, e fra le meno affollate (incredibile, ad agosto, trovarsi in pochi sulla spiaggia di SuBarone, vicina a casa!). Deliziosi anche i proprietari. Davvero consigliatissima. Raffaella
