Near La Baule, Proximity, 5 minutes by car from the center, shops and market, doctors, pharmacies.
4 bedrooms: quality bedding. Large closets.
Non smokers.
- Ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate wc.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom / wc.

Belle maison vue de l’extérieur, assainissement à faire dans cette maison, remontée d’humidité importante de la cave ou une pompe de relevage est installée , le rch restait froid , nos vêtements et draps de lit moites, nous sommes tombés malades avec ma femme

Merveilleuse vacances au bord de la mer

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. Le jardin est ombragé. L'emplacement est adéquate pour aller à la plage à pied par un petit chemin. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés (petits cadeaux de bienvenue) et réactifs en cas de demande particulière. On envisage de revenir l'an prochain.

Maison parfaitement située près de la plage, du centre , des commerces et des visites, beau jardin , quartier calme. Belle superficie, juste fenêtres et volets à rafraichir, bonne literie. A recommander pour vos congès d'été

Maison bien conçue et propre

Maison entourée d'un terrain qui comporte tous les éléments d'extérieur( barbecue, salon de jardin, jeux etc...)- Intérieur bien organisé et équipé, qui mériterait cependant d'être rafraichi (double-vitrage, salles de bains).
