House completely renovated and tastefully furnished, near sailing school and beach (3 min walk) and downtown (20 min walk and 10 min by bike) offering: Entrance with large dressing room, living room with sofa, tables + chairs and stools, coffee tables, large flat screen TVs. Kitchen open to living room, fitted and equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. Shower room with washing machine. Independent toilet. On the floor (access by steep staircase): two rooms. An attic room with two beds of 80 cm joined (160 cm bed), storage. A room with two beds of 90 cm, storage. Terrace with complete garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol, sunbeds and barbecue Wéber). Walled garden. Common parking space in the residence. All the equipment in the house is new. Very nice house with tennis condominium, in quiet and wooded.
Reservation from Saturday to Saturday - 2 weeks minimum - deposit required - housework to be done at the end of the stay

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé deux très bonnes semaines dans ce logement confortable et très bien équipé (pensé dans les moindres détails!). Situé au calme, à quelques pas de la Côte sauvage: 30 minutes à pied et vous êtes au centre ville du Pouliguen. 5 minutes à pied et vous êtes sur la Côte sauvage ou sur une plage tranquille. Le jardin avec terrasse a l’arrière de la maison permet de compenser la petite taille du logement. Nous avons pu sans problème séjourner à 4 adultes 😊 Merci à Christine pour son accueil chaleureux!

Jolie location bien équipée

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce petit logement bien équipé et au calme. Très bien situé près de la côte sauvage, 20 mns du centre ville et à 5 mns à pied de la plage. Franchement pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture pour aller à la plage c'est top. Le supermarché est à 5 mns en voiture bref je recommande et je pense y retourner 🙂. Le contact est très facile avec Christine. Merci aussi à Catherine pour ses conseils sur place.

Coup de cœur.

Très belle location extrêmement propre. Idéalement située. Pas très loin du centre ville et près de la mer. Le calme nous a ressourcé. Nous adorons cette région et gardons dans nos petits papiers cette adresse.

Un logement très agréable et bien situé

Merci pour le séjour et l accueil. Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines. Nous avons pu profiter de la maison dans laquelle nous avons trouvé tout l essentiel et de l environnement : club de voile juste à côté, plages du Pouliguen et de la côte sauvage !

Excellent pour une famille de 4

Excellent rapport qualite -prix car les prestations sont superieures a ce que nous attendions. La maisonnette a tout le confort souhaite et malgre sa petite surface, la proprietaire a tout prevu pour optimiser l espace tout en offrant des rangements et du materiel que ce soit pour l'interieur (Cuisine, salle de bain) ou l'exterieur. La localisation a 2 pas du centre nautique etait la bienvenu pour un petit stage de voile de nos garcons et a 2 pas des 2 plages les plus proches c etait vraiment ideal. La cote sauvage a velo, un bonheur. Merci aussi pour toute la preparation de Christine, nous avons apprecie et teste tous ses bons conseils (ballades, restau ...). Endroit calme et reposant. Vacances 100% reussies.

Petit nid douillet

Petite maison très agréable, très propre, bien pensée. Environnement très calme pour se reposer. La mer à 5mn à pied avec une côte sauvage où on peut se baigner dans les petites criques loin de la foule. Pêche à pied abondante. Belles balades à faire. Dernier mot : Parfais . A recommander !

Nous connaissions déjà les charmes du Pouliguen et cette maison bien située entre le centre et les plages sauvages nous a beaucoup plu. Propreté et équipements au rendez vous. Literie confortable. Tout pour plaire !
