This unit features an expanded Terrace on the 5th Floor with stunning views from the Gulf of Mexico to the Santa Rosa Sound and features a grill for your use.

All Three Bedroom condos have panoramic views with floor to ceiling windows, private balconies, washer and dryer (in unit) and fully equipped kitchens. All three bedroom condos are located on a corner of the tower and each have wrap around furnished balconies featuring panoramic views. Each tower has a heated pool and spa, easy access to the beach, all Resort amenities including Spa, Fitness Center, and restaurants including Coastal and Al Fresco. Guests also enjoy complimentary Wifi and parking. Onsite Adventures rentals are available.

Portofino 504

We didn't get to check in till 5 which is fine but when we arrived the condo was not completely cleaned. Tile near kitchen was sticky and windows were dirty. First bedroom to the left had a broken door under where the tv was sitting and the cleaners just left if hanging instead of at least trying to close it. We called front desk to report damage and left message to call back but no one returned our call. The same bedroom also had ants on the floor which later started crawling up furniture. Other than that the condo was very roomy and the balcony and terraces were very large. We did enjoy our time in the area the resort is beautiful. We would definitely come back!

Great experience

We had a terrific time. Condo was in excellent condition. Had initial problem with operation of TV but had someone come to assist. Parking was covered and close to elevators. Check in was a breeze and checkout did not require going to the office. Will look forward to a return trip in the future.
