The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a nineteenth century building in the center of Carpentras. It is close to the train station and the city center. Spacious, it has two bedrooms (a double bed 160 and a bed 120), a kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.), a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet and a large laundry room (washing machine). Carpentras is ideally located in the heart of Vaucluse, 10 minutes from the A7 motorway.

Bon séjour

Très bon accueil, appartement bien situé pour visiter la ville, mais sous les toits d'un vieil immeuble, avec très peu d'isolation, donc très chaud en été : les 2 ventilos permettent de tenir. Appartement qui donne sur un boulevard, passant dans la journée. Il donne une impression de "bric et de broc" avec des pièces/éléments refait(e)s, et d'autres non (buanderie, sol). Places de parking faciles dans la rue en face de l'immeuble.

stationnement et étages

Il faudrait mentionner dans l'annonce que la location se trouve au troisième étage, avec des marches assez dures et signaler les difficultés de stationnement sur le boulevard ; rarement de places sur le boulevard et à proximité de l'appartement. Je vais toutefois l'indiquer dans les commentaires.
