Possibility to take advantage of the outdoor spaces, the swimming pool, the relax corner, the porch on the ground floor, the barbecue, the lawn, etc. etc. Fully enclosed property, parking space, wi-fi available. On site there is the owner of the villa always available for any need, a very docile Maremma sheepdog especially with children and a few cats.

Wunderschöne gepflegte Villa, super zentral, sehr zu empfehlen

Vielen Dank an Roberto für die super schöne Zeit in seinem Haus! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und konnten richtig gut vom Alltag abschalten. Das gepflegte Grundstück und dem riesigen Pool mit Musik- und Lichtanlage luden zu langen Abenden ein und waren perfekt für uns und unsere Kinder! Im Garten von Roberto und Familie durften wir uns von frischen Gemüse und Tomaten bedienen. Auch haben wir durch sie Spezialitäten aus Italien kennengelernt und wurden damit verwöhnt. Der Wachhund Puffy ist super lieb und hat uns immer begrüßt. Das Haus bzw. die Küche, Bäder, Schlafzimmer, sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Villa ist der perfekte Ausgangsort für das Kennenlernen Apuliens. Keine Stunde entfernt ist der südlichstes Punkt des Absatzes. Auch die wunderschönen Strände sind keine 15 Minuten entfernt. Vielen lieben Dank Roberto!

Vacanza di Lusso a Gallipoli

La casa è molto bella, ben curata e pulita. Piscina e spazi esterni al top! Il proprietario è una persona splendida che ci ha fatto sentire a casa con tante "coccole" e attenzioni. Ottima vacanza per rilassarsi. Sicuramente consigliata! Noi ci torneremo!

Gastvrij huis in Gallipoli / Alezio

Gastvrije ontvangst, compleet met huisgemaakt lekkers en fruit uit eigen tuin. Erg schoon en netjes huis met 3 royale slaapkamers en 2 grote badkamers. Heerlijk zwembad met gemakkelijke bedjes, buitenkoelkast en extra koffieapparaat. Ligging op het platteland maar toch heel dicht bij erg leuk havenstadje Gallipoli.

Vacanza villa Roberto

incredibile soggiorno la villa è davvero perfetta le camere sono ampie, con aria condizionata in ogni stanza, cucina e molto ben vivere nulla da dire su questa villa ci si sente come a casa, il giardino e molto ben tenuto e molto bella con palme bella vista e piscina molto grande è davvero come in un hotel di lusso, oltre la posizione è a 3 km da Gallipoli alta classe davvero il proprietario Roberto è davvero bello si prende cura dei suoi occupanti un grande grazie e ci ritorneremo abbiamo trascorso due settimane di vacanza e abbiamo comunque apprezzato un grande e un futuro grazie.

Geniessen, Geniessen, Geniessen

Wir (zwei Familien mit 3 Kindern zwischen 4 und 7 Jahren) durften die Letzte Woche Juli und die erste Woche im Augst 2017 den wunderbaren Ort Gallipoli besuchen und hatten das Glück im Appartement von Roberto und seiner Familie zu wohnen. Die Wohnung war in tadellosem Zustand, sauber und gepflegt. Die sehr leckeren Köstlichkeiten der Region sowie das Gemüse aus dem Hauseigenen Garten welches wir als Willkommensgeschenk auf dem Tisch hatten gaben uns von Anfang an das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. In der Wohnung finden Sie alles was nötig ist (Küchenutensilien, Geschirr, Föhn, etc.). Puffi (der Hund) ist ein grosser aber seeeehr liebenswerter Kerl. Der Pool mit dem glasklaren und sauberen Wasser war für unsere Kinder das grösste und auch für uns erwachsene war es immer sehr schön nach den Aufenthalten an den vielen schönen Stränden noch auf der Luftmatratze im Pool zu entspannen. Der Pool und auch die Umgebung werden von Roberto und seinen Helfern in sehr gutem Zustand gehalten. Sie erledigen die Arbeiten fast täglich jedoch ohne dabei irgendwie zu stören. Im Gegenteil sie waren immer bereit uns über alles was wir wissen wollten Auskunft zu geben, sie waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir möchten uns herzlich für die erholsamen Ferien bedanken die wir bei Roberto und seiner tollen Familie verbringen durften. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen und können es allen empfehlen die einen entspannten Urlaub in dem schönen Ort Gallipoli verbringen möchten. Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Superbe séjour dans une location de standing

séjour du 6 au 13/8/2016 - location parfaite rien à redire, encore mieux que sur les photos - la "tavernetta" (maison en sous-sol) très spacieuse et propre, des fruits, légumes du jardin et gateaux qui nous attendaient dans le frigo, des revues et magazines d'adresses et programmes de festivités, un excellent accueil, tout pour nous mettre en condition et qui contribue à nous faire passer une super semaine. On sent que les propriétaires se donnent du mal pour entretenir l'extérieur (piscine, jardin, oliviers) quand on voit que tout est sec dans la campagne autour - Roberto et sa famille sont présents pour répondre à toute question ou demande mais aussi très discrets pour ne pas déranger - un grand merci à vous, le bonjour à mama Maria, une caresse de notre part à "Pouffi", sans oublier Sandro qui nous a servi d'interprète et d'intermédiaire à distance - une adresse et contacts à garder et à recommander - Fred et famille de Nice

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à 5 personnes, comme à la maison. L'appartement était spacieux et la propriété très bien entretenue. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, un bonheur..... rien à redire tout était parfait. Nous tenons à remercier notre hôte Roberto et son sens de l'hospitalité avec toutes ses petites attentions : il nous a fait trouver de quoi manger à notre arrivée tardive, nous a fait goûter ses fraises, ses pêches, ses citrons et de la mozzarella di bufala........ Je conseille fortement cette location, j'y retournerai l'année prochaine........... encore merci à toute la famille de Roberto. Parfait 10/10

Non avremmo potuto sperare in meglio!!!!! Grazie!!

Locazione favolosa, posto strategico. Come rilassarsi dopo una giornata di spiaggaia e mare? finisci la giornata a bordo piscina o sdraiato sul materassino matrimoniale dondolato dall'acqua. Tutta la piscina a nostro uso e consumo, con tanto di frigorifero con bevande fresche e macchina del caffè a disposizione. Siamo stati una settimana, con due figlie di 8 e 5 anni, che si sono godute tutte le comodità di questa locazione. Grazie a Roberto, al fratello e alla loro gentilissima mamma, per la loro discrezionalità e disponibilità per ogni nostra necessità. Credo proprio che l'anno prossimo torneremo qui!!! un posto incantevole

Un fantastico soggiorno La villetta si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, ma comunque a meno di dieci minuti dal centro di Gallipoli, La struttura è in ottimo stato, ben attrezzata e pulita. Perfetta per tutti, famiglie con bambini, gruppi di amici e non solo, le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, zona cucina soggiorno molto ampia, i due bagni comodi per quando si è in tanti. Immenso e curato lo spazio esterno dove si può trascorrere tranquillamente un ottima serata in piscina accompagnati da grigliata e musica. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Massima disponibilità e cortesia del titolare, Roberto, accogliente e disponibile offre un servizio di qualità davvero ottimo (all’arrivo voto mille a quei magnifici pasticciotti e fichi appena colti che attendono di essere mangiati! ;-P) . Ormai è il terzo anno che propongo ai miei amici di trascorrere le ferie li e tutti restano sempre molto soddisfatti della mia scelta. Ovviamente ci siamo riproposti di ritornare, per continuare a scoprire le fantastiche calette e spiagge di questa terra per me fantastica. Che dire, grazie di tutto Roberto e spero ….all’anno prossimo.

Vacanze Eccezionale ,niente da dire...ottima

Grande casa di vacanze spaziosa,tranquilla,con il TOP della sicurezza per i nostri bimbi.Ottima situazione geografica vicino a Gallipoli e il mare stupendo del Salento...Un casa molto bene arredata con 3 camere con tutto il confort (aria condizionata),Divano letto nel soggiorno,una cucina molto funzionale,molti spazi per mangiare all esterno.Senza parlare della piscina molto bella grande e pullita e un gazebo che puo ospitare 12 pax senza problemi.....Il proprietario e molto bravo e sempre all ascolto delle esigenze dell ospite...Una vacanze che non scorderemo,ci ritorneremo presto e consiglieremo e faremo la publicitta...

UNA VACANZA PERFETTA

La vacanza perfetta, resa tale dalla residenza dove io, insieme ad altri 7 miei amici, abbiamo trascorso la nostra vacanza nella settimana centrale di agosto. Una casa stupenda, 2 bagni, 3 ampie camere da letto, sala e cucina con possibilità di utilizzare il divano letto (e anche brandina) per arrivare comodamente a 9 posti letto. L'esterno della casa però è il pezzo forte, ampio giardino, piscina, doccia esterna e 4 tavoli tutti sfruttabili dove poter fare aperitivi, cene o quello che si vuole, anche a bordo piscina. Non posso ovviamente non citare poi la cortesia e la simpatia dei proprietari di casa, Roberto che già all'arrivo ci accoglie con un vassoio di pasticiotti e caffè per colazione, Luciano sempre disponibile per tutto e la "nostra mamma in affitto" che ogni giorni ci delizia con pomodori, melanzane, fichi e altre mille prelibatezze tutte rigorosamente raccolte nella tenuta di proprietà. Inoltre l'abitazione è in una posizione ottima, appena fuori dalla caotica Gallipoli, è perfetta, in 10 minuti si raggiungono baia verde e centro città. Che dire, un'esperienza davvero fantastica che consiglio a tutti. Se tornerò in Salento, sicuramente tornerò da Roberto. GRAZIE DA TUTTI NOI!
